- Hello friends!!! It’s been crazy trying to get this video posted for y’all! This is like the 5th time I uploaded it lol but my yard sale turned out to be amazing! This is the best one I have ever had!
Sales ended up totaling $2,643 in less than 8 hours!!! I couldn’t be more grateful!
To advertise I posted a Craigslist ad and then I posted an event in about 10-12 local yard sale groups on Facebook! My location is also on an extremely busy street but regardless I think advertising is everything!

i would love to sell some of my stockpile but not sure if a permit is needed
We live in Metairie Louisiana right outside of New Orleans and yes we need a permit and you can only have two garage sales a year permits on $10 and it must be displayed at your sale. I put mine in my picture window in the front of my house.

I did two last summer, going to try to do two again this summer! It’s just hard to have enough laundry to do more, and if where u lived was warm year round I would deff do more! lol

How do you keep track of what you pay for it and what you actually made off the product. Also, how long did it take you to accumulate all of the stuff? If you could please give prices that would be most helpful.
I do give prices in the video, everyone came early and it was so busy it took me awhile to be able to tell you guys all the prices. And I remember about how much I pay for things, and 90 percent of the time the stuff I coupon for is free or about $.30-.$80 an item!

I think I’m going to start a spreadsheet to keep track of my costs, OOP and all that, but most the time my cost is close to free or less than $.75 an item so most of it is profit here

I suggest coming right at 8am if you are looking for laundry supplies as those are limited and always go first thing.
All products are at least 50% off retail Value!

Based off how much the item sells for at Walmart, I do them for half Walmart price
