4. Why is it called the Squad if it is only one person?
This channel started out as a couple of people as it moved to Farming simulator it just ended up being me (Grant). I now have my brother (Spencer) in some videos too so I thought I would keep the name "The Squad".
5. Can I play with you?
On most Livestreams, I keep a couple of spots open for people to join. The Livestreams are usually every Saturday at 5 pm Central Time. To join the live stream you must have every mod I use on that server. Most of the time I let you guys know what mods you will need for the livestream the day before (so Friday).
I spent many a harvest at my Aunt and Uncle's farm growing up. I remember the dust in your eyes, the hot sun on your face, learning to drive in those endless fields, and the sound of wind through the poplars leaves at night. There is an inescapable feeling of belonging that comes from working the land, and an indescribable loneliness that comes from leaving it behind when harvest is done.
It's been twenty years since I've felt that specific mixture of loneliness and relief, but for a brief moment at the end of this video, I was back sitting in the passenger's seat my dads '72 F250, listening to sad country songs on the radio.
Thank you for that sentimental journey down memory lane. It's been far too long since I've basked in the welcome weariness of a hard won reprieve at the end of the day.
If you guys would decide to do another decades farm I’d really like to see you stay in a decade a little longer
