Umm🤔. Wonder if the skin turned out crispy with the lid over it. Can you fry a whole Turkey? The demo only showed the breast. I'm not convinced.

Fried turkey? Nah that sounds dry. I wrap my turkey in bacon and Cuban mojo seasoning, put it in the oven and it comes out so delicious falling off the bone.
