This is a reupload/re-edit of the original Skull Island fanfilm. I wasn’t pleased with the older version, it had several issues and that’s the reason why I decided to re-edit. Even tho this is still not a perfect fanfilm, I am much more satisfied with this version and I hope you all enjoy it as well.
If any of you were wondering, yea this is part of the same universe as Godzilla Unknown Darkness. This is the prequel to Unknown Darkness.

@@voronOsphere thank you very much, the earlier version was pretty bad. The voice acting was the worst part of it all.
I was expecting Kong to be alone. I didn't expect Kong together with a son on the island, very cool!
Great shot composition/black & white photography! Cool story, too! I love the on-location shooting!

Better than the original fanfilm, but there are stuff that are just from my opinion to improve on for Godzilla Anarchy.
The sets are amazing I really like the dead feel you put into it, like by adding broken branches or skeletons of dinosaurs, but it feels like the same island as Unknown Darkness. Maybe remove the black and white filter for easier viewing experience or adding some variety to make it feel like 2 different islands.
The action is alright, but I suggest to get another person to hold the camera or to assist on doing the puppetry, or use wires (but wire removal is a pain).
The backdrop was kinda a problem for me because of the huge sun in the middle, it makes it feel cartoonish. The black and white filter doesn't really work with lighting and assuming that it's day time the sun shouldn't be that big. I suggest to repaint it blue and only add the skies there to make the island feel real.
The voice acting was alright, but at some scenes where the monsters were roaring you can't really hear the voice actors that well. Also assuming that they are like kinda far away from the monsters, the roars should be lower and add an echo.
There's alot of my insights on what do you need to improve, but those are just my main opinions to look out on when making Godzilla Anarchy :)
Anyways, the film was good and I was entertained, I hope that you would do well on Godzilla Anarchy and I'm looking forward to it :D

@@theanimatedcollection334 oh yeah i forgot to ask you what happened to the Kong that fought Gigan? Are there 3 Kongs in total or was the SH Kong replaced by the playmates?
@@RedzCruz When I filmed that short battle I had recently gotten the Sh Monsterarts Kong, and I kinda wanted to use him in a video. It replaced the playmates figure in that short battle. But I might still use the playmates one in the near future.
What happen to the original one?
I kinda hated the original version.
