Heal Alacrity Scourge is great on XJJ CM due to its massive amount of condi cleanse, barrier, downstate pulls, and decent cc.
Thanks to the Scourge adept trait Abrasive Grit, every barrier application also cleanses conditions. Barrier is applied via F1, F3, F5, Sand Flare, and Serpent Siphon. F2 is another condi cleanse. Therefore, the condi pressure in this fight is taken care of simply by the usual heal alac Scourge gameplay of granting Might and Alacrity via barrier.
Spectral Grasp can be used to help cc the Zhaitan's Reaches from range (see 0:23, 2:01), or to deal a lot of cc to a single target by standing in the target with some additional adds around (see 4:25). Torch#5 and the Flesh Golem active are additional hard ccs; F4, Staff#5, Staff#3, and Dagger#3 are additional soft ccs.
F4 can also be used to pull downstates out of dangerous areas (see 0:58).
Proper positioning is important when fighting Ankka. Additionally to avoiding all AoEs, you should always have a lot of free space behind you for Ankka's jump; you don't want her to jump into any bad AoEs as this might lead to downstates really quickly, or outside of the arena as this will make Ankka reposition at the middle of the arena. Examples of proper positioning for her jump can be seen at 0:20 (away from AoEs) and 5:45 (not out of the arena).
Note how I outrun the Reanimated Hatred when I'm its target (see 4:28); During every Reanimated Spite (3 cc adds) phase, a Reanimated Hatred spawns and fixates on a player. When the Hatred reaches its target, the Hatred stops moving and immobilizes and damages its target. In order to make it easier for both the healers who have to keep the target alive and the DPS players who have to cleave the Hatred, it's advisable to outrun the Hatred until the cc phase is over and it can be cleaved at Ankka.
