Misty lol.....Good hacks! I am trying to get my hands on the Mist 1/8 magnetic filter. I wish I got the updated less misty version I am one of the many that got the pre-production model. Great video!
Haha thanks Paul! Yeh 1/8 is just perfect amount of that mist for majority of the b-roll shoots that we do especially at the longer focal lengths.

I'm having an issue with the supplied magnetic cap when used on top of the vnd ring: It can slide off when the camera is in the bag thus risk scratching the vnd 2-5 glass underneath. Any tips?
Maybe a third-party rubber cap? thanks
Hmm mine sticks on fairly strongly. Haven’t had that issue. I just tried the Peter McKinnon VND cap and FREEWELL standard rubber Cap and those did not fit. Mine is the 82mm version. My bag compartment is also is adjustable according to the size of my camera so it is a tighter fit.
What lens is that ?
Sirui 35mm Anamorphic. I usually use my VND with my Sigma 24-70 but ended up using that to film this video 😁
