Does this technique hurt if its marble floor? David now you are a football goalkeeper and no longer futsal keeper?

Landing on your lateral muscles is definately the best way, even on a futsal court however I'd argue that you can reach most low shots with your feet and there is less need to dive. It's much slower than a split save.
I land on my side too but i end up hitting my head on the floor...and that sh** hurts!!

I have one question
I always try to dive and land on my lateral muscles. But sometimes it hurts near the hip bone. Is that normal? If I’m not wrong, it hurts somewhere near the bursa.

Hi Vinko! Yes and no, I would argue there isnt a need to perform low dives in Futsal. As the goals are much smaller there is less distance to cover. Even if the ball is hit in the very bottom corner you should be able to instead use your feet - it's quicker. Watch my videos on how to do the split or block save, that is far more effective than diving.
However if you MUST dive for any reason then this is how you would perform a low dive. Make sure you land on your lateral muscles to avoid getting hurt.

1:57 Your knee should 100% not be hitting the ground that early into the dive.
You're 100% right, ideally it should be a bit more of a jump from the power step. The knee landing early creates extra drag, will reduce the distance you cover and possible hurt. We'll spotted.
