Oatmeal Biscuits Recipe Ingredients
75grams Plain Flour + 1 teaspoon of Baking powder
60 grams Sugar-i used Demerara Sugar optional
75grams Oatmeal
75 Grams Melted Butter
1 Tablespoon Syrup
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Raisins or Chocolate Chips Optional
a pinch of salt.
put all ingredients into a bowl and mix together then roll in hands to make small ball makes around 8, place on a tray and put into a warm oven at 180degrees for 10-15 mins until golden brown..
