Cheers mate I've got the older RF model and about to change the belt in mine, I was wondering about the alen bolts holding the pulley on but should be sweet now, hopefully I get it back together before the sun goes down!
This video is great. I'll be using it soon to investigate an oil leak and change the belt if need be. Have you ever found oil leaking from around the timing cover or under it? It could be at the base of the sump seal, but it's on that side. Will be diving in soon to see.
hello thanks in advance, i have the same mazda and has problems with the gas! it doesn't stay constant it plays up and down but only when accelerating, that means accelerating locks the gas level and there is no error message, do you think it has something to do with the toothed belt?
Antifreeze if put in the white bottle at the front, middle, of the engine. It has a small yellow cap on it which twists off. Antigelul este pus în sticla albă din față, mijlocul motorului. Are un capac mic galben pe care se răsucește

Did u have any flash of dpf on cause of timing belt ?
Have you change the water pump ?
How did toi get tour turbo sounds like that? What did u do?
