…..my heart hurts. The first thing you said was “you are my sunshine”.
My heart just sunk.
This guy that I have been in love with forever called me that recently.
We met by chance. But I doubted our relationship. I didn’t think it was real. I was so much better with him. And he said I lit him up… like sunshine.

I sabotaged myself and destroyed it because I couldn’t fathom someone like him would want to be with me.
