Ya, love the argument. Ummmm the only point I have to add to this is that you can listen to them while doing almost anything (laundry, late night drives, break downs, seggs, hanging out, dancing, scrolling on your phone, journaling). They may or may not be my comfort/go-to artist

I don't know how to describe it but this song sounds like a panic attack in the best way. It's almost like, yes, this is exactly how I feel when everything is crushing and coming down on me, but in a way that makes me feel better and understood instead of amplifying it. The way everything slowly builds and gets louder until it's almost unbearable plus the title just ties it all together for me, it really does remind me of my own buildups. It's almost like I can feel the singer's panic attack coming on, I feel like this song would be absolutely PERFECT for a "panic attack" moment in a movie or something, I can already picture a teen in their element at a party, but then they're slowly getting more and more claustrophobic and uncomfortable until they have to rush to the bathroom and cover their ears until it's all over. Beautiful song, as always. Glass Animals are truly musical geniuses.

this is absolutely insane live - when i saw them in concert i was right at the front and cried throughout this entire song. it starts out quiet with low lights and the crowd clapping along to the beat, slowly the lights start to flash, the crowd starts to drift off beat, dave standing at the microphone starts to gesture along to the lyrics, the sound builds and builds until the entire room is shaking - you can't even hear yourself scream, all you can do is hold on. truly a transformative experience.

Everytime I listen to this song I feel I could cry. This time I’m silently balling from an imagination scenario is my person having someone kiss them and I walk in right when it happens my face goes from a smile to instant tears I turn and run out of the building into the street and they say Wait and it’s not what it looks like I swear!! Voice breaking they start crying to as I’ve ran off into the road in the dark balling, feeling so much hurt and pain finally relating to all the people who’ve lost their relationships. Wondering my existence feeling I could do something really stupid I just run into the dark and the people try looking but.. Idk what, I’m just really fearing something like that if you can’t tell.
Edit: ended things. It just didn’t feel right, I found someone else I connected with immediately but now their being dry. I think I’m just overthinking but I just feel like crying. So here I am. 7.23.22
