Yeah, that's really nice holy cow. 104F, the humidity is the kicker there. If it's pretty dry that heat is tolerable especially with a pool. (Arizonan checking in) I managed to figure out where this is. Their site shows 7 rentable units. It's pretty close to town. I watch these videos and go into fantasy mode of what it would take to just sell everything here in the states and move it Italy. I'm guessing the RE agent would have financials etc. on their occupancy, yearly income, expenses, etc. This isn't buying a lock-up. It's buying a working boutique hotel/B&B.

You said it’s about 6,000 U.S. acres. I think it’s closer to 6, at 2.5 hectares. That place on 6,000 acres at €865k would be an ULTRA-amazing deal!
