Then I compared it to After Laughter album and she did tone it down, I thought it's just Hayley maturing as a vocalist, I didn't know she had vocal cord problem, that's understandable. But damn she step up to the plate and delivered All I Wanted live anyway, what a champ.

It makes since to open with it because if she tried to sing it after singing for a long time she probably wouldn't have been able to hit the notes. I can sing fairly well but after singing multiple songs back to back it starts to take your voice away starting with the high notes

She can focus more on actually singing... And she sings on pitch, belts fine, and does amazing live in those regards. You can go to any concert where someone is running around the stage, they will NEVER sound as good as they do in studio, that's just a fact. She's been performing for over 15 years, most people can't do that lol ever see any of the popstars sing AND run around? Not beyonce, not tswift, not Ariana, not even Christina lol sure they do choreography, but it's controlled. Hayley's completely unhinged. Got to admire the energy and dedication to the craft

Saw them June 2nd. I'm a born metal head, but I also appreciate the true talent of a artist. I love hearing incredible clean vocals even in metal. Maria Lessing's cleans are actually what hooked me and made me a huge fan of the band Future Palace. Out of every show I've been to, and there's a lot, Paramore by far was the most incredible performance I've ever seen. Hayley owns the stage and there's nothing like hearing her live. Just really amazing. I've been a fan for about 14 years. If you're a fan but haven't seen them live it's something you absolutely should experience.

At the beginning of Paramore she didn't have a vocal coach so she hurt her voice singing without technique
If you listen to the song on the present tour, her technic has changed, and now sound even better than in the original version
I am so late to this. HW changed her vocal technique in 2012 and recovered. After Laughter really was her maturing as a vocalist.

Slowly, she’s been able to mature her voice a lot more bc in the Bonnaroo festival, you could hear how much better she did
