Madam Akua, please listen to your story you will agree that the SDA as a church didn't have any problem with you. It was just a few people in the church who didn't understand your style because you yourself admitted that some SDA Pastors and elders supported you on several occasions. Please remember that in every group you will get opposition like you were going through. It is unfortunate that this blogger interviewing you is not good enough to be open minded about this topic but I still pray for you and please remember that in every group you will face such challenges especially when you are trying to bring something new in a group.

My choir master never called me to ask how I was doing. Guess what, am still a member of the church choir. It was not the whole church who was against her and like I said she could have left that particular church and attend a different church but not stopping going to church. Jesus Christ was spat on and whipped several times but that didn’t stop him from going to the cross. So if you are very well grounded in the church, nothing should make you leave except it’s for your own personal gain. From her narrative, she is happy now because she is the gender ambassador, would you rather be an ambassador for Christ or a gender ambassador??

The holier-than-thou attitude with Christians are becoming too much and we are being mocked at. Christianity is a relationship with christ and not doctrines and norms.
