About cheating the workouts with a walk, the creator of this challenge said it wasn't meant to be a fitness focused challenge, he made it to help with discipline and exercise helps greatly with that. So I wouldn't say going out to walk is cheating because even then you're still being active.
Currently don’t have a job so I started doing 75 hard biggest change was routine. I struggled not having a clear goal or plan for the day. But with 75 hrs I’m to busy to even think about depression.

Cal sounds so much more mature in words now too. Feel super motivated to start this tomorrow. Just decided to create short goal/plan for 75 hard today (with a little change to one of the workouts having to be outside, to if I'm allowed out, then do it outside, if not, do atleast an extra 15 minutes on top of the 45 min for the second workout) - of course I'm aware this doesn't exactly make it the original 75 hard but I'm doing the best I can with not being allowed out often.

Day 62, I started a bit later then a friend. Now I’m still doing the hard variant while she went to do the soft version. Lost 10kg, best shape of my life and proved everyone wrong even my girlfriend and family 💯

im currently on day 56 and due to my motivation struggles I've focused on just walking twice a day and following a looser diet that isn't over-the-top or anything like that. if anyone is thinking of trying this out though please do I've found it to be a massive booster in my self-discipline, I've gone from eating chocolate and snacks every single day to going over 50 days with only popped crisps and protein bars somewhat breaking that mold. Also the reading aspect is great and I'm currently reading about Ikigai and am really enjoying it, something I never thought I'd do. So yeah, give it a go everyone anything is possible with the right mindset!

Back on day 18 and really feel like the habits are sticking and enjoying all of it.
If anyone is interested I would suggest reading Atomic Habits while doing the challenge. It all makes sense in time.

I have a full time, physical job where I get up at 7am and get home at 7pm/8pm at night. I already have back, muscle and joint problems caused by my job and I’m only 25. There’s no way I’d be able to to this challenge 😅 being a CZcamsr having all the free time is a benefit. Don’t take it for granted

one of my clients drives an hour and half to work 6 times a week and still makes time to workout 5 days a week
I work 10hr shift 4 days a week and still manage the two workouts, one in the morning one at night. Up at 4:45am straight to into a workout and home about 6pm second workout
