Segway Ninebot ES No Power Wont turn on Battery wake new method!

A new way to charge your Ninebot E-Scooter that is not turning on,,
No disassembly required!
Please be very careful when charging lithium batteries this way.
normally the jumper cable can be removed after 30 mins and the scooter will charge and work normally.
however the battery may have stopped working for another reason (bad cells)

I revived the external battery using this method. I let it charge for about an hour and then I reconnected the battery to the ninebot and it started charging

hello i tried this and when i reached 30 minutes, i unplugged the charger then removed the jumper and plug the charger again but it only beeped once and didnt charge again, did i do anything wrong? do i remove the jumper while the scooter is plugged?

The battery from my e25e is flashing blue light, but de voltage is only 3.5 volts. Also as i charge my battery de lights from the charger is flashing red and blue. Do you now what the problem is?
