Sir we read quran and remember the messges but after few days we forget and then start again fearing ,how take make it permanent belive to not forget the messge?
Assalam-o-Alaikum. Sir there are two ways to strengthening the beliefs and remembering them :
1. Start walking the talk ( putting it into action) which will help strengthening and consolidating the memories and belief in long term memory.
2. Repeat, Recall and Revise. As man is forgetful, you need to keep revising .
