      For that price yes if you want a single stack. WAY better than the original “sale” price

      Which brand is that? I have been doing fine with the 2 I have.

    I bought it $499. Take home box was very heavy, 400lbs. They used a pallet loader to put in truck. Assembly is relatively easy even for the nonmechanical like myself and it is rock solid once complete. I also signed up for a free year of exercise instruction. I have a set of dbs too from Sams that ran me $120 in addition to a treadmill off FB. The home gym supplements my gym membership. I have no regrets.

      Sweet and love to hear that. It is a great unit for that price for sure

      How tall are you? Someone reviewed on Amazon and stated that the range of motion was limited and stack would hit the top of the stack before reaching full range of motion.

    That’s not bad at all for 400!!
    Did it seem pretty sturdy? Pulley system was pretty smooth?
    Thanks for the video

      Same quality and basic size as FTX but it just 1 stack and less accessories because of the way it is.

      This is very sturdy and the pulley system is smooth. I just finished setting it up yesterday. I went through all the exercises I have used a trainer for in the past and it worked great.

    Do they sell extra weight plates for these machines?

    • @EricB03
      @EricB03  Před 3 měsíci

      For the FTX they do not or this they do not. If you want a gym pin or similar can be used to put plates over it if you need the extra weight.

      @@EricB03oh, so you mean the CENTR 1 wasnt made for lat pulldowns?

    • @EricB03
      @EricB03  Před 3 měsíci

      @@user-os9jh3um2j correct as there isn’t a bar supplied like the FTX. Technically with the FTX you can do it like I have with mine but not a true lat pull down. If you want a lat pull down get a true pull down. If you want a functional trainer this or FTX fits the bill. Personally I do a lot of pull ups and chins
