Was going to comment the same thing!! Sleep is so important, especially for us women & I STRUGGLE with it but good sleep will also determine performance in the gym & the way our hormones make us feel that day (anxiety, depression etc)
Studies have shown that women actually need 10 hours of sleep for hormonal regulation.
HOW do you get on with your day through having 2-3 hours of sleep is actually beyond me, I’d be falling asleep the whole day 🤣🤣
Monday= new week for me. ALWAYS. Sunday's are my either get my life back together or rot in bed all day. No in between.

I don’t think she sees it as the beginning of the week but the day before is a great time for getting prepared for Monday (as you say is the start of the week.)
The week starts on Monday for sure. If you're in school or work a standard 9-5, it makes sense for that to be the start of the week. And I've always seen Sunday as my day to prep for the week ahead.

For me, Sunday is the last day of the week, to prepare for the start of the next. It's also during the weekEND, so. And if we're getting slightly religious - Sunday is the day of rest at the end of the week.

Sunday has always been the last day of the week for me.
I don’t know how it works in your state but in Alabama we can renew our drivers license online every other time. So every 8 years. So you get your picture made and then 4 years later you just do the thing online and then after those 4 years you have to go and get your photo done in person again.

Passion flower helps regulate a sleep pattern so a herbal tea with it in really helps, I find that the brand Twinings has very affective sleep teas but I am Britsh so unsure whether they are in America. Hope this helps and all is well with you 😊

I got glasses when I was in second grade, but never wore them until I started driving. Had no idea my vision was that bad😂 will never ever drive without them and it’s scary that I went through life that blind and was purposely not wearing them for years because I thought the made me look like a nerd😩😂
The first day of the week now are determined by which day my job has listed as the first day of the week 😂 when I worked at Starbucks it was Monday, my job now it’s Sunday
