I wish that Guy and Lloyd had swapped (recruit Lloyd with Matthew in chapter 23/24 or 27/29 and Guy sucks).
Guy is not a bad Swordmaster though. Especially during the recruitment of Merlinus, there are tons of axe users, and he wrecks them all and can level up a lot.

Fun fact, since the True Hit system used in FE7 doesn't display the real percentage, that attack actually had a 99.55% chance to hit.
And he STILL fucked it up.

I always liked how Eliwood's horse seemed to glide across the board when he attacks.
You played that kinda poorly. Should have holed up in one of the many chokepoints so that you couldn't be hit by multiple people in the same turn, it would lower the chances of death.

I'm no expert by any means but I think it would've made more sense to move into one of the rooms to funnel the last three units in and take them one at a time. Dunno if they have any ranged stuff though
Lloyd has one of the best weapons in the game in his hands, and also has great stats... my Lv. 20/20 sain with a silver lance could barley take him. Eliwood had no chance

he is 2 away from Str cap, 1 away from speed & skill, 30 away from luck, capped Res and 3 away from defense. So doing the math is 42 damage per hit, cannot be doubled, +15 crit from being swordmaster, +5 for S Rank, A thunder support gives +7.5, +14.5 from skill stat. So doing more math is 42% Crit.
So for a lack of better words Lloyd will fuck EVERYONE up.

programs that accustom controls for that system into your computer and let you play programs(roms)of that emulator console,like you can play this fire emblem with the gameboy advance for instance

@lightfdar haha, i actually posted this a while back, but i guess i'll say it again. ^-^ After playing this game a bunch of times with the same troops, i decided to use different people. So I used Florina and i agree~ Even though it takes a lot of work, she's actually pretty beast later on. :D

@Bositothesauci This is simply called Fire Emblem without a subtitle, while the Japanese version is called Fire Emblem: Rekka no Ken (Blazing Sword). Because of the title's ambiguity, a lot of fans tend to call this FE7 or Blazing Sword.

In chapter 27, you can either face Jerme, the hobo assassin, or Kenneth, the fat priest, this depends on all of your lords' levels. Lower than 49 in total=Kenneth. Higher than 49=Jerme.

@animecrazy4ev yeah, I found the pegasus knights to be really good, as long as there aren't any enemy archers nearby. Then again, when I played I used all 3 Peg Knight sisters. Oh the fun of double checking were every enemy archer was before issuing commands. xD

Did u notice whenever Eliwood (or anyone on that chapter) kills a boss (Brendan for Example) they are pale then like 1 sec after that they're a sorta tan color

The best unit in that game is actually Dorcas (when he upgrades to the warrior class) he did 50 damage to Nergal 😱😱😱😱 now warriors are terrible lol
Bartre and Dart are better than Dorcas
smaragdchaos Nah m8. Actually I never re loaded my save when Dart died in all of my play troughs. I plan on using him soon though. As I am playing Hector Hard at the moment.
McGaming SSB4 Wow what kind of person are you if you kill Dart? Dart is an awesome Berserker that surpasses Hawkeye by far
smaragdchaos I didn't kill him I just didn't try to promote him. Of course he's better than Hawkeye. He was promoted at lv10 where as Dart can get the lv20 stats before promotion.
McGaming SSB4 lol just build him up and promote him. He tends to cap out HP, strength and speed. He becomes an unforgiving killing machine and that ocean seal in the desert chapter is practically designed for him.

Eliwood's stat caps are boosted, which is why he goes above level 20.

fire emblem 7(this one),fire emblem sacred stones,fire emblem path of radiance,and radiant dawn are all the american versions,all the other fire emblems are in japan only or you can download a translator and get the emulator and rom and have a english version of a japanese game easily,and dont ask where,just search and you should get it

I've had nothing but the same experience for Eliwood. Oddly enough it's either him or Hector that comes out good (unless I of course arena abuse).

So...when you went to attack brendan at 2:58 to check the damage i think, you would deal him 31 and his damage to you would be 27.
So why when he attack you on his turn was his damage to you with Basilikos only 2?

The fact that you were doing this solo is impressive for how long you lasted even if you did have max stats. So I say you may not have won but you did put up one hell of a fight

me too, that was until Shadow Dragon where in order to get some characters you have to let others die... I've yet to get any of those characters though, as i just can't allow an ally to die simply to get someone else to join... it just feels wrong to me
Or it could also be because javelins have more uses than the 15 a spear has.

That's what you think. He was one of the biggest destructive powers I had by the end of the game (Of course as a normal lord I did get him to lvl 20 then lvl 20 upgraded) he was a huge powerhouse for me.

How to play alone with eliwood?
ZOMG HAX! xD Okay, seriously, that was pretty cool. I was expecting you to win.
Although my commentary at the Game Over screen was "Game Over! You SUCK." xD
The point of the game is whatever you decide the point is. If you want to try and beat it with no resets, that's fine. If you want to try and beat it without losing anybody, that's also fine. I generally try to beat it with no losses - I wasn't always successful, but over time I think it let me get better at the game because I kept on thinking of new strategies to try and keep my units alive.
But maybe one of these days I'll try a no reset run just to see how that works out for me.
