Honourable High Court judge has just now placed Judges and other officers of the court above the law of the land. He also declared judge‘s official chambers as part of the Open Court. Was really touched to see the lengths to which honourable High Court judges are going to protect their own. In the process, they are finding ways and means to circumvent the law of the land. They don’t want to take any responsibility also, by not accepting to place on record the letter presented by the honourable advocate general. They should have known that there is no provision in the CrPC for withdrawal of the FIR. Instead of spending time on deciding old cases, they are spending time on this. Really impressed.

You are mis quoting Section 77 of the Indian Penal Code.
It exempts judges from criminal proceedings for something said or done during judicial duties.
However, the government can initiate criminal proceedings against a sitting or former judge of a superior court under sub section (2) of Section 3 of Judges (Protection) Act, 1985 if it can produce material evidence to show that a judgment was passed after taking a bribe.

However, quashing of the F.IR. could be done by the High Court under section 482 Cr.P.C, then why such confusing arguments are being tendered before the High Court ???

Under Section 482 of crpc 1973, the person named in the FIR can proceed before the hon'ble High court for quashing of FIR, not the police. Here in this very situation the police wants to withdraw the FIR because they have filed the FIR without the permission of the Hon' ble High court of Patna. Permission of hon'ble high court is necessary in case police is registering FIR against ADJ or DJ because ADJ and DJ is subordinate to high court only. So after registering the FIR the duty of Police is to investigate the matter not to quash or withdraw ( because it is nowhere given in Cr.Pc that after registering FIR police has authority to proceed for quashing of FIR). After completing investigation police either go for final report or filing chargesheet).

Please first read the Constitution of India.According to Indian Constitution the judges of high court held their office with pleasure of president and for removal of Judges the parliament should introduce a motion before chairman/speaker to constitute a three member committee to investigate into the charge. If and only if the committee finds the judge to be guilty of misbehaviour or suffering from incapability then the motion is accepted by the speaker and then the Speaker/Chairman issue h notice to the President for removal of Judges of high court/Supreme Court.
