Final Day of GR 92 Hike The Best Cami de Ronda and Beach Walk | Tossa de Mar to Lloret de Mar-Day 16

- For our final Day 16 on the Great Mediterranean Coast Hike GR 92 we were to do 17 kms from Tossa de Mar to Lloret de Mar. And looking at the elevation map we saw that the trail went up and down quite a bit winding along the seacoast but sometimes going away from it. There will be some cliffs and hard to get through areas but not as mountainous as the previous day. And we still hoped to get more sea views than the day before. We felt a bit sore in the body after yesterday’s mountainous part as our body seemed to forget mountainous terrain after so many flat parts that we did on this trail.

We are a couple who once fell in love with mountains and couldn't get back. So we decided to follow our heart and move from a big city to a small village to be able to do what we love and to create this content. Our goal is to promote the healthy lifestyle, to motivate people to travel more and care for nature around. We are passionate walkers who love hiking, trekking and camping. We offer the detailed information of our hikes and routes, including the map and all the directions, so that you can repeat it if you'd like to.
We choose walking over driving and other types of transportation whenever we can because we learnt that this way we see so much more and can explore and feel the place better. Walking is an excellent activity that has so many benefits to your health and requires no special equipment or practice, so we encourage you to get the most out of it and get out walking.
We speak English, Spanish, French and Russian, so don't hesitate to address to us in your native language.

Thanks a lot, friend, for the good wishes, we hope to be able to film more hikes soon and now getting ready to release new videos. Have a nice summer too!
Very nice. Thanx.
Thank you, our friend👋🏻
Hi, thanks for your great videos. Am doing the Costa brava in September and wondering if you could please tell me if people at campgrounds and stores speak English? Also, what is your pack weights?
I live close to the gr92 route and apart from beaches, it's often hard to find a camp spot as there's no water source. You could camp on the beach if you can find a quiet one, or grab water from the fountains you pass and hammock camp in some woodland. Nice video. Thanks.
It is very true, we weren't able to camp even for a single night exactly for this reason of not having a water source. We weren't very comfortable at staying at the beach though. The terrain is also difficult so the hammock may be a way to go.
@@WalkingNatureWorld yes it's very difficult to find a nice flat spot to pitch a tent, especially near any woodland (and be well hidden) Also, as we've seen recently, these dry places can be on fire very quickly when it's really hot so need to be extra careful. Thanks again. 🙂
Thanks for your great videos. I am doing the Costa Brava, going south to north this September. Can you tell me if people there can speak English - my Spanish is not good! Also, what do your packs weigh? And do I need GPS, or is the trail well marked? Thank you,
Hello, thank you for watching and great to hear you found our videos useful. September is a nice month to hike. English is fine to use in most campgrounds and stores, very basic though at some places. Still good to know several phrases in Spanish in case. If you plan to camp on the way and taking the tent, it's going to be more weight obviously. But for one person the aim should be not to exceed 6kg for woman and 10 for men if possible. This is what we try to aim for to have more enjoyable experience. GPS is very useful especially if you'd like to have some deviations as we did as GR92 often goes away from the coast. You can download the GR 92 track from Wikiloc and take a look at the options you can take. The marking is also not always great. On our website you can find the maps of the hikes too under every trip report that you can download.
Thank you!
Another great video! Which was your favourite day of the GR 92 hike?
Thank you! It is a hard question, but we enjoyed a lot the part from L'escala to Estartit on day 11 and Llafranc, Calella de Palafrugell and Palamos on day 13
In the end we walked from Cala Llevado to San Feliu, and we really loved it. Thank you for the videos!@@WalkingNatureWorld
What year was that?
