I love each of these suggestions. I believe in a good quality sleep pillow. I don't mind my smile wrinkles that shows I love big, but I was very happy to get rid of the vertical lines I was getting from sleeping on my old pillow. I'm a believer! Thank you for all your inspiration!
What a wonderful video! This video is of benefit to women of all ages especially young women purchasing their first work wardrobe. My niece is graduating from university next year. I will DEFINITELY pass this on to her. I loved the phrase , “You don’t have to spend a million to look like a million.” Also the advice you gave to purchase classic, good-quality pieces that are taken care of when needed. As a high school principal, I would always look at a candidate’s shoes. If they were poorly maintained, I felt it showed a lack of preparation. Kudos, Alex!

Love this! Spend your money on quality basics and make the trendy bits your bargain pieces. I love basics and I’ve wasted so much money buying trendy bits that I didn’t really love (think puffy sleeves and bright colours) and ended up donating after wearing once. Build around neutrals and add pops of colour with accessories or the odd piece of clothing

I like the idea of outfit uniforms. I realized I do this for work. I have about 4 different wide leg trousers in different because that cut looks good on me. Then I mix and match with different tops !

Thank you! sandwich rule is matching the the colour from a top part of your outfits (could be top, blazer, jacket) with a bottom part of your outfit (usually shoes) 💕

I have zero confidence in myself after having a baby (3 years ago 😅) I'm still trying to find a routine and then thubgs happened in life where its just me abd mt little girl now sonfindinf time for the gym is proving hard right now.... But if I wear a baggy jumper I feel confident lol 🤦🏼♀️ you are right in what you say when it affects your mental well-being as it has. Watching your videos inspires me to try and make myself feel good... Skincare, finding your hobby again, tidy home etc... so after all that waffling on, thank you is what I'm saying 😊 xx

One thing I have noticed is people wearing a chunky day bag in the evening with an elegant long floaty dress rather than a delicate clutch bag. Not a good look.

Just some insight and I am not calling you out as I was guilty of this until I realised.. have you noticed all your style reference photos are slim, white girls? It would be nice to see you using reference photos of people of all races and sizes!
