    That's alotta work for the end result. It's the searing heat & marinade that makes the charred pork. I prefer to marinade & cook on hot coals cuz it's much faster. I'm still gonna try it on my rotisserie just outta curiosity. Thanks for the video.

    Looks awesome and agree nothing wrong with using store bought marinade. I typically use pineapple and onion in the beginning but yours looks fantastic excellent cook.

    Do you recommend using a half moon ceramic plate to cover one half of the grill/coals to help reduce the charring effect?

      @@AngeloBodetti I guess my thought was I still want the char but am afraid it will char too quickly and possibly torch the meat. Though if I did one half ceramic moon to block and the other side open it would cook a little more slowly but still char

      Making the meat is the tricky part! I just put the meat and pineapple in corn tortilla and was good to go
