100 percent yes on the leather couches!! A no brainer! Go with what you love. Mixing and layering in your home decor in color and texture, old and new, makes for a super cozy environment! Savor it!! My vote is yes! 🍁🍂

Also, in the guest bathroom, the soap wood holder may get wet when people wash their hands. I did something similar and it ended up getting moldy 😭 just letting you know!! The bathroom turned out so cozy. Definitely getting that shower curtain
I think the leather couches add a lot of warmth to the room!
Keep the couches! Classic, elegant, and very expensive. The mix and match of colors etc in the room make it look more lived in and less “matchy matchy.” Adds more personality.

I like fabric couches but I know many parents with young children prefer leather couches due to stains and wear and tear. If you end up keeping them you can always paint any furniture items to match, and rugs are easily replaceable. They look like very good quality and luxurious, but also comfortable.
Oh man. No question. The leather couches are excellent. Treat them as a neutral, if that makes any sense. Nearly anything works with those. Your table looks great with it! It’s a nice balance.
I think the couches will work just fine with your existing decor! They are such a beautiful color and I love the worn leather look with the beading on the arms!

I'm not sure about the couches either. I just LOVE the shower curtain though. My fall shower curtain is silky too and since it is on our shower we use everyday I just put a plastic shower curtain behind it (clear). It sits right in the same hooks and works great! Your bathroom came out beautiful! So Cozy!

Dollar General actually has good fall decor this year! I would definitely keep the couches, they are too nice to not have! You could paint your tv stand white, or maybe navy

I'd keep those couches and get a different TV stand if you think they don't look good together. Those couches are expensive. I live them.

Hey Lauren, Happy Thursday. I love pumpkin coffee especially from Dunkin. I don’t usually go to Starbucks because it’s too expensive but I get Dunkin once in a while. ❤ I have never been to home goods or hobby lobby before but I am definitely interested in trying out at least one of those stores for some decor. ❤ I love fall scented candles they’re my favorite as well as the Christmas ones. ❤ The orange chicken turned out great and I knew it sounded good enough to eat when you mentioned it. 😂 it looks like Oliver already got attached to one of the couches so you can’t get rid of them plus they fit well with fall.
LOVE all the autumn elements you added and the bathroom is perfection!!! (I would probably keep the leather sofa and loveseat and find ways to add cooler elements to that (maybe a throw and pillows) and add in some warmer elements to the entertainment center which would tie it all together. But, like I always say when giving advice, "you do you!")

Hello from Massachusetts! I love the leather couches, maybe get a rug that has darker tones throughout to help ties everything together.
Lauren I have brown leather furniture very similar to those & I use a mix of warm and cool tones with it. I have a gray rug as well. I am happy with it but obviously it’s your personal taste. I feel like it needs lightened up with the cooler tones. 🤷🏻♀️I am in North Texas and it can be dry here so I just use the spray conditioner on the furniture about every 3 or 4 months & wipe off with a soft cloth. This will prevent cracking. Super easy to care for & we had a dog & kids. If I can help it I will never go back to fabric furniture, leather is just do easy to wipe up in my opinion.
Love the new couches!!! Keep them. If you add a shower curtain liner in the guest bathroom, it will work just fine.

Lauren, I think you need to keep the leather couches, they are a wonderful statement for a living space and they can be a very elegant piece of furniture with the right pillows and blankets and throws on them. You are so sweet, you have such a infectious spirit. Love the bathroom looks so pretty. I use those towels in my bathroom also especially since they most of them are cotton. The pumpkin soap dispenser and little candle holder are so cute. Oliver is as adorable as ever.

You need a liner behind the shower curtain . That's silky fabric will not block water and it will get sopping wet.
