We did do that for a while, we switch it up sometimes since we don't have much free time unfortunately
I forgot that Yamcha was the original vegeta in the series. He was a bandit until he turned good, Tien was the second vegeta I believe, then piccolo, and now vegeta lol. I never saw emperor pilaf as evil that much, but he never turned good either until super. Then frieza doesn’t realize that he won’t meet the real super saiyan until Broly lol
Tbf Pilaf never truly turned “good.” He still has the urge to steal the Dragonballs throughout Super.

Eh, Vegeta shit talking in this ep is just filler. His only goal is becoming a Super Saiyan and beating Goku. If Goku dies he'll never get a chance to do that.
South America, as always, poor, never had the means to produce any animation, so we depended on shows that we could translate, if people liked it, we would continue translating it. basically we had 2, main shows, that had a HUGE fan base, (since would be the only ones we had) Firstly DB/DBZ, secondly Saint Seiya, eventually years later, Sailor moon and a few others. Point being the Fan base of DB is probably what it is today because of south America, in south America there where LOTS of people that went the fitness route because of DB
