This fight is underrated in my opinion

You know something just occurred to me I've never thought about before. Goku trained with Piccolo for 3 years. Yet in all that time he didn't teach him the Instant Transmission technique? If Goku had, he could have teleported himself, and possibly Gohan and Krillin, behind Cell when he did his solar flare. That's just a fail on Goku's part there.

13:38 Krillin did something like that against Second Form Frieza. He fired a huge Destructo Disk and it split into many smaller ones. Too bad he never uses it again. If he used it, along with the Solar Flare... oh man.

both Vegeta and Gohan were saying Mecha Frieza's power level was greater than on namek but that's a dub error. Freiza was unable to reach his 100% full power in his mecha form before if he attempted to use his full power he would have fried off all the mechanic parts he needed to keep him alive on some Darth Vader shit. (And Toriyama is a big fan of Star Wars)

I think the multiple small ki blasts never works partly because it is a bunch of small blasts, but mostly because it is often done against a stronger opponent as an act of frustration and desperation. When you are stronger than your opponent, you never need to resort to such displays.
