Super Mario Bros. Deluxe Game Boy Color 2 player VS. Game 60fps

- Best viewed in 60 fps. I'm player 1 and Mark is player 2. For the first 8 races, the match was originally restarted if a player died, but for the next 8 races, we continued to the next stage no matter what happened.
They should’ve added this music to Mario Maker 2
cant we make the levels with the on off blocks?
@@kiwitheleafeon he said the music
3:27 Seeing Fire Luigi and Fire Mario sprinting towards Bowser was hilarious.
Bowser probably shit himself, then Luigi kills everyone there lmao.
"It's green stache? What's he-
_oh no."_
Mario: LUIGI WHY--**Mario perishes with Bowser**

Finally Luigi is the color we were hoping for him to be (except the fireballs) ! I like how retro looking the entire game including the menus are, rather than just the gameplay like in Mario Maker
bro put the date he published it
The link cable is really a marvel of early multiplayer technology
simultaneous gameplay? thats pretty impressive especially for gameboy color.
Oh yeah,Use Headphones or Earphones for the best experience!
Mario:Left Luigi:Right
i guess it is kind of off topic but do anybody know of a good website to stream new movies online?
@Adriel Kolton Yea, I've been using FlixZone for since march myself =)
@Adriel Kolton thanks, signed up and it seems like they got a lot of movies there :D Appreciate it!!
@Bruce Emmett glad I could help :D
This was mind blowing when I was a kid.
I wish this VS mode was compatible on the 3DS Virtual Console!
No, it was not compatible.
@@alelauguz Maybe it will be with Nintendo Switch Online- Game Boy when Super Mario Bros. Deluxe gets added in the future!
@@jacobgonzalez5986 It will be. Not maybe.
Sorry, it's not even in Game Boy NSO.
Mario vs green mario will never get old
Multiplayer would had been better if they let us use only one cartridge like the gba used to do.
The GBA only sometimes let you use one cartridge. Mostly it also required two.
2:16 Super Mario Maker lied to us!
BOTS!!! Get out of here!
Angel No, the cloud blocks.
@@itstrayantula7082 they were in smb1's coin heaven.
This versus mode is like the original Super Mario Maker 2 online multiplayer. I love it!
Looks like Mario and Luigi are fighting for a girl lol!🤣🤣🤣
You can also shoot fireballs at each other which forces a short hop and knockback.
One Of The Best Games Ever In Super Mario Bros Deluxe I Want This On A Nintendo Switch 🎖️🏅🏆🥇🏵️🎮
11:14 this part tho
Mario maker coup in 1999
omg this mode looks so fun!!! i wish i had someone to play with
fix the bitcrushing, change the aspect ratio and sell it on the nintendo switch as a remake and people will take your entire stock
How did you guys manage to get this to work? I've always tried but it never worked, pls help!
I used Bizhawk, although that isn't necessarily the easiest one to use. This can also be played with the emulators bgb and TGB Dual.
Oh I thought you used actual Gameboys, I own two copies and I’ve gone through 5 different cables and I could never manage to the games to work : (
But I didn’t know you could do it on emulator, I typically use Gambatte as my GB emulator so I’ll those other emulators you mentioned
@@gumbyisaac I find it unusual that it wouldn't have worked like that, but I haven't tried multiplayer on the real thing.
If you haven’t figured out already, you need both systems powered off than plug the link in and plugged in all the way, than you can start playing on vs mode.
@@charliedog907 yep tried that just now to no avail :((( it’s been two years and i still haven’t figured it out
Isn't there a hackrom that will port this game from gbc to gba? It's unbearable to die unfairly all the time and have to stop running the way I like because the game came out for a console with too small a screen... But I love all the extra content and menus in this great improved port of the nes original 🥰
I'm not aware of any hacks for this game. The emulator WideGB is supposed to be able to sort of help with that, but I have no idea how well it works.
@@arronmunroe ahhh what I would give for the number of pixels on the screen to increase and for it to be like the one for the gba, I would make it the best version together with the all stars version of smb, it saddens me that this version of the game is so forgotten...
Everyone thinks Luigi's default colors from Super Mario Bros. on NES are Green and White, when that's only him with a Fire Flower. These are his actual default colors in the original Super Mario Bros. for NES. I don't understand why Nintendo and everyone else across the net believe otherwise. Nintendo even changed it officially for some stupid reason I still don't understand. If it weren't for this game still existing, I'd feel like I'm going crazy due to the Mandela Effect taking place, where only I'd remember this and no one else.
I like the colors of Luigi!
11:16 The best part. You are fucking crazy 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Does anyone know how to do this on 3DS virtual console?
I'm pretty sure it's not playable on the Virtual Console version.
It is not possible on the Virtual Console. There is no way to replicate the link functionality of the game. As stated in the electronic manual page 4: “Note: VS Game is not available in this version of the game.”
i thought that said ritual console and was so confused
Puedo usar una pequeña parte de tu vídeo en un vídeo que haré?:) Te daré créditos en la descripción
Sure, go ahead.
@@arronmunroe thank you very much really
I wanted Super Mario Run to be like this
classic super mario bros run
Omg I've linked this game back in 2007 and played this, it was a TECHNICAL MARVEL to me, what's now common Bluetooth routine.
Looks fun
Which emulator would you recommend to play this?
Bizhawk is what I use, but if you wanted to try that emulator, you would need to use the multi-disk bundler feature to get multiplayer working on the GBC. For other options, you could try bgb or TGB dual.
What emulator did you use?
I used Bizhawk for this. It's pretty good, but there are other options, such as TGB Dual.
could you make a tutorial to how play using bizhawk please?? i try but never work nothing for me :(
In Bizhawk go to tools>multi-disk bundler. In the lower area, select browse and choose the rom twice. Where it says "system" select "GBL". Where it says "name" just call it something.xml, and then select "save and run". It won't work if you don't name it a .xml file.
Luigi is my favorite charather on super mario
Just amazong
You van make an gameplay of thrill drive?
The emulation doesn't seem to be too good for that game.
You try with JAE or EAA?
Only tried JAE. It seems to be completely unplayable on MAME 0.214, while it's somewhat playable on 0.150, but there are still problems, including not running full speed.
Um... you not update he mame?
@@arronmunroe mobile version mame is impossible to start the game xd
Do you need two cartridges for this?
Yes. I thought only GBA and newer systems allowed for single cartridge play.
Hello. I suscribe your channel. Like
Wow
MARIO : I HATE YOU LUIGI
How to play this game multiplayer? Some tutorial?
Something like this might work for you. czcams.com/video/t8x3f7zZqfs/video.html
I actually used Bizhawk for this, not TGB Dual, although I'm not aware of any tutorial to get multiplayer Game Boy working for it.
@@arronmunroe a, ok thank you
¿qué emulador se usa para esto?
.
I used Bizhawk. For multiplayer Game Boy, it's necessary to use the "multi-disk bundler". It's not super hard to use, but you might still find TGB Dual to be an easier emulator to use than Bizhawk.
Mario😘😍😄
I em a big super mario bros fan

Loogi wins, mayro dies
