Made this recipe last night. 🔥 🔥 Only thing I would suggest is to use maybe 3/4 of a box of noodles versus the whole box to make the dish a bit saucier.

I have most of the ingredients, but will be substituting Cavatappi with Penne, ground pork w/ground spicy chicken, and sour cream since I was unable to find any Crème fraîche.

Good recipe, very classic ingredients. I add mushrooms to mine and garnish with green onion.
Chill the wine just to rinse the spiciness down..most definitely making this for my family and friends!

Sun dried tomatoes are nasty. I tried them about twice in my life and I just can't do it lol
