It started much earlier than this around 1870 so it was going on a lot longer than has been suggested. Germany suggested that there was a problem

This is brilliant piece drawing attention to a horrific crime. On one mis-statement that the US has never been occupied and a portion of the population exterminated, the first nations peoples on the whole of the americas, not just the US, would likely have a different point of view.

At 4:30, he states that the British were unable to try the Malta exiles because there was no legal precedent, which is complete nonsense. The reason the Turkish perpetrators were let go was because there was a prisoner exchange. A British MP even said at the time, the life of one Brit is worth a shipload of Turks. Come on, I expect more from our experts.

An armenian professor was appointed to gather evidence to prove the exiles guilty but the only evidence he could pretty much gather was eye witness accounts and rumours which turned out to be fabricated in order to prove his case, the brits obviously wanted at least something from this waste of time so they agreed for a prisoner exchange, you conveniantly forget to mention the process which lead to the exchange

And you conveniently forgot that it was not some obscure Armenian professor but the British who prepared lengthy and detailed dossiers for each and everyone of these prisoners. They spoke of who they were and where they came from and demonstrated which laws they broke and what crimes they committed. As a matter of fact they were published by Vartkes Yeghiayan more than 20 years ago and are now available in both English and Turkish:
British Foreign Office Dossiers on Turkish War Criminals. La Verne, CA: American Armenian International College, 1991; Turkish translation, Malta Belgeleri: İngiltere Dışişleri Bakanlığı "Türk savaş suçluları" dosyası. Istanbul: Belge Yayınları, 2007.

An amernian professor/scholar by the name of Haig Khazarian or we can call him the obscure professor because he does not help your argument lol was appointed to compile a case against the exiles, due to the lack of evidence they were not charged, i dont doubt for one second that the documents your talking about exist, im not suprised i can obtain them from an "Armenian College" lol Prime minister of Turkey has invited armenians to bring fourth historical records from bothe armenian and turkish archives and an analysis can be done by a third nuetral party and if it is proven that a genocide was comitted Turkey would recognise it, armenian officials turn down this offer, if your so confident then there should be no issues?

The British would not entrust their entire case to a single individual whose competence and resources nowhere would have matched that of British intelligence, which had been gathering material on these officials for years. Again, the reason was not that there was no evidence - quite the opposite, there was a plethora and there were more than a handful of survivors who could point to who were culpable - it was that the British were mired in an occupation which its people had no desire in continuing. No British prisoner was going to be allowed to wallow in a prison and these prisoners unfortunately became the bargaining chip and were set free. A lamentable act by British authorities, but given their previous actions in India and the Middle East, not surprising. And does it matter if the publisher is "Armenian College"? The documents are authentic and are located at the Foreign Office Archives in Kew Gardens.
The historical records don't have to be introduced. Most of them are already public and available in books and have been for years.Yes, many documents remain locked up in archives like the ARF one in Boston, but many scholars are likewise denied the right to study in the ATASE archives in Turkey, as well.
Nevertheless, combined with Armenian testimonies and memories, and records and documents from the American, Russian, British, French, German, Austrian, Swiss, Danish, and Swedish archives the denialist argument has no leg to stand on.

These werent captured prisoners, they were handed over by the turks at the order of the British, How prisoners who were handed over could be used again as an exchange is absurd, it wasnt a sole investigator he led a team to compile evidence and had access to all records from the ottomans, its once he provided the outcome of his investigation did it show that the evidence wouldnt hold up in court. But we can argue for hours on end about this and never come to a conclusion because we both dont have access to official documents or records, prime minister of Turkey has created the oppurtunity to put this to rest once and for all but armenian side doesnt want to participate for who knows what reason, and as a result this argument will last for years to come and restrict good relations between both countries which is very unfortunate for both parties

the word was invented for this event and now turkey debates whether this term applies to this event. That should be enough to prove the genocide.
ex. a car company creates the first SUV and everyone drives it for 20 years and says wow what a nice SUV but now 20 years later we debate whether that was an SUV .
    BUNCH OF CLOWNS.
LOL i was going to use the analogy of the first luxury car like Mercedes Benz but now we debate whether that was a luxury car or not, but this analogy is too close to the current armenian situation if you know what i mean.
    I am an Armenian.

The first Armenian Prime Minister OVANNES KATCHAZNOUNI(Bucharest/1923) says ; " We rebelled against the Turks. We were in the same camp with the other states that were at the time enemies of the Turks. From Turkey,we wanted from sea to sea Armenia. We died and killed. The decision of 'forced emigration' was correct. We couldn't see the truth and we were reason for these tragic events.Turk's national fight was rightful.During the summer and fall of 1915,the Armenians in Turkey were forced to emigrate.Turks knew what they were doing and there was nothing wrong for what they did that would require them to regret. The method used by the Turks was the most definite and appropriate ".
