Catching Fish at Aldborough | Day 2 of the EOBC | Holderness Coast | East Riding

- Following a difficult day fishing the ebb whilst battling with weed, wind and tide, we head further north to the 'middle beaches' are of the mighty Holderness in the hope that conditions are easier and the fish are biting.
The sea has flattened, wind has dropped and the weed has gone, stay tuned to find out how we get on...

Hi chaps .. yous couldn’t have done more .. if the fish aren’t there you can’t catch them can you .. the few whiting saved the blank but a second tough session for yous in the comp .. if there was a trophy for the most humble canniest lads on the beach you’s would’ve got it , great footage as always and thanks for the graft yous put into these 👍🏻

As you say it is what it is you caught a few but unfortunately under size I would say most likely the worst time of year to catch but it does make weigh in easier ha ho see you next week cheers David 👍🥸

Well fished lads on both days the conditions have not been good for you both and the lack of fish regarding ie the cod but the Holderness Coast has been very up and down this year but regarding the video another top class production 👏 really enjoyed watching Dave 🤞hopefully I will see you next years event 👍 take care and tight lines buddy from all at the Levo's Crew 🎣👍

I fished the beach at tunstall both days
Managed a sizeable whiting second day but after 2 hrs there was hardly any water there
I just hope the tide times are better for next year
Starting off at high water definitely not good at all ...I know it's the the same for everybody but a few hours decent fishing should be a minimum requirement for such a prestige competition
I drove up all the way from Kent for realistically 4hours of fishing both days combined
Hi mate. Yeah totally agree with you. I understand what I presume is the Councils logic around fishing the flood and people getting cut off due to the erosion, but you’d think they’d allow people take their own precautions whilst giving them a better chance fishing time/tide wise. Fingers crossed for next year. Thanks a lot for watching, tight lines 🙋♂️

I was 3 hundred yards to the right of you. Walked up to the farmer fishing his special mark by the pillbox on the beach. Wished I had walked up further to say hi. Better luck next year.

It was a very challenging day for us all . Even more when you snap your T900 tip 🫣👀🎣🤣 expensive first ever EBOC for me. Al be back next year tho 👍🏻👍🏻 nice to me you and Gary 😊
