- This recipe is incredibly simple and healthy and features classic Asian flavours! This is the easier fillet version of the traditional Chinese whole steamed fish, and you can make this with a steamer, rice cooker or a makeshift steamer in a pot or pan.
Ingredients:
Tilapia fillets (or any white, mild-flavoured fish)
Ginger
Green onions
Soy sauce
Rice wine

This is my favorite way to cook fish! It brings out the natural flavors and it's so good with rice. I love to hear the sizzling hot oil when it sears the fish. I like your technique for curling the green onion. I will try that.
