That home has amazing lighting!
I love the in-law suite and its natural lighting. So is framing a mirror expensive because I don't know why its not a standard feature? I am IN LOVE with the game room . The mini cinema area is really cute and cozy I would definitely use it as a play area or an upstairs office . Umm I like the bathroom but I think it could be better. The girls room is super cute I can imagine my future daughters sitting in the window seats making best friend bracelets and sharing secrets/creating memories. Lol girl that escape room might come in handy one day .

I like the wall backsplash near the stove. The kitchen is definitely nice and open. Girl not you putting your sleeve up to match the wall. Hilarious 😂😂I😂. I love rhe cabinetry in the kitchen . The laundry room is ok pretty functional but nothing special.I love the natural light of the living room. I love high ceilings. They have their own mini mart in that pantry. The outdoor patio is amazing. I would move TV its backwards in my opinion. They could host a whole family reunion in that backyard. The master suite is absolutely gorgeous. The free standing tub is very small I wouldn't be able to turn left or right in it. Thats a phenomenally priced home .

@@tieratherealtor This by far is my favorite home and my second favorite was the one from 2023 that was $1.8 Million. I don't remember the name of the home but you were good and pregnant and I think you had on off white creme dress and played rock the boat in the reels background. That house was amazing
