In my opinion the realtor giving the tour in front of the camera is the ideal way a tour video should be - you do great in front of a camera =)
Its not because shes knowledgeable. Its that ba donk she draggin behind her in every video.
I love the exterior of the home. The framed mirror is always important. I absolutely love waterfall showers. See you upstairs , the entertainment area on the second floor is really nice. The tile on the fireplace is gorgeous. The natural lighting on the second floor is amazing . I'm glad that it had a real balcony, most balconies when you take two steps forward and you're hanging off of the edge but that's a great space. I would max out the table at 6 just so the area won't be crowded. Yes it's definitely a warm modern home. The fridge being in its own area is nice. I'm definitely getting a pot filler in my home. I think it's called a swivel faucet. The pantry is a nice size . I would definitely have a cute towel and washcloth shelf in that small area by the half bathroom. I'm going to beat you upstairs I gotta unbig my back . So far I give the house a 9/10. The laundry room is nice. " You can't beat it with a bat" HILARIOUS I definitely have to use that. My socks are still on my feet at this point of the video. Definitely giving Rapunzel with that video. The built in cubby and racks are nice . EXCUSE ME MA'AM they did not have to snap on that master bathroom like that 😮😮😮😮 the way my mouth dropped I would've thought I was at the Four Seasons resort . I love when homes have the toilet in a separate area with a private door. The womans closet is amazing especially with the vanity inside of it . 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍 The fourth level would be having my calf's burning 🥵🥵. The private rooftop is amazing I definitely don't need those Miami balconies anymore possibly getting caught 😂😂😂. $450k is priced well for that area. I am literally crying laughing at your commentary. “Your socks are still on” 🤣 I am in REAL TEARS. 😭 I am so happy you really liked the primary bathroom. I didn’t want to hype it up too much, but I’m OBSESSED!!! I would not longer need a steamer at all. It’s so relaxing just looking at it! 🤩The rooftop is definitely one of my favorite places to be.
