here are a few tips:
- don't add raw egg into your ice cream
- dont pour in too much
- once you pour it in, like the stands in Asian countries do, start collecting it up with the two plastic tools you were given and chopping the ice cream up until you get a gelato like texture then remake a flat surface and make your rolls.
- also dont freeze the equipment for too long or the ice cream will instantly harden making it harder for you.

Vina Dewi actually yes but there's more , it wasn't rolling cause they weren't constantly moving it to keep it soft , if it's not moving it gets too hard
the part when the rolls fell apart and he or she tried to fix is like me trying to fix up my life, relatable. 😂

Depends on where you get your eggs. In japan it's very common to eat raw eggs (mixing with なっと is very common) and they don't get problems from it. I think it's just an American thing to think raw eggs are the devil lol

Because homemade ice cream is made with raw eggs sometimes they use it in store bought once cream too
The reason your ice cream rolls are falling apart is because you are using a too-shallow angle when you actually ROLL them, so they are just going up instead of down, making a roll 🙂 Hope this helped!!

Your layers of ice cream are too thick. thats why its a little difficult. try making them a bit thinner.

Hi I just want to give a tip to everyone who is using this recipe
To achieve the role you need to have a thin layer of ice cream and have a spatula dipped in warm water.
Also you don't want to leave your ice cream too long on the plate
I think you need to chop and move the base while it's freezing. The air it will incorporate should make it easier to manipulate/roll

I'm glad that you didn't allow anyone to get to you about what they said about the first video about ice cream rolls. When it comes to ice cream rolls they are kind of difficult to do especially on your first try. By the way you did a great jump on the watermelon ice cream rolls. Practice makes perfect and honestly I want to practice to the point where I can be just as good as you when it comes to making sweets that have to do with gelatin (or sweets in general). I'm not the best with gelatin(or just making sweets) because I somehow always mess it up.

それと生地が少し厚いから失敗しやすいのだと思う。

Use the spatulas to chop and mix while it's freezing and then spread a thin layer to make it easier

Nothing really... if you look at a few ice cream recipes some will use eggs some will use heavy cream. It just depends on preference.
I use heavy cream and condensed milk. But as the previous person said, it's your preference

I don't know ..but there must be a good reason why the ice cream must be " chopped " while on the pan
.......in this video , she just pour the mixture onto the pan without doing any " chopping" and its get harden and difficult to roll it .....so my Theory is.....by chopping the mixture it allows the liquid to be set as an ice cream but not to hard to roll it.....
