- Organizing players in groups of three for a 3 player shuttle is a great way for players to get a high volume of reps using a variety of techniques geared at improving multiple player’s stick skills, in both static and dynamic fashion. In this video we explore 5 different variations of a 3 player shuttle, with a three more variations explored in Warm-Up Drill #7B - Lead Passes.
At the end of the day 3 player shuttles is a great drill because it can be done anywhere, any time, with only a small amount of space required to execute the drill, whether that be a backyard, parking lot, school gym or on the lacrosse floor (or field).
