    1 Tspn Ginger (grated)
    2 Tspn coriander leaves (chopped)
    Salt (to taste)
    1 Lemon
    Beetroot Palya Ingredients:
    2 cups Grated Beetroot
    1 Onion (finely chopped)
    2 Green chillies (chopped, adjust for spice preference)
    1 tsp Mustard seeds
    1 tsp Chana dal
    15/20 Curry leaves
    1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
    1 tsp Turmeric powder
    1 tsp Tamarind Juice
    3 Tsp oil
    Vegetable Sambar Ingredients:
    2 Drumsticks (cut into 2-inch pieces)
    5 Brinjals (cut into cubes)
    2 Potatoes (cut into cubes)
    1 cup Tovar dal
    3 Tspn Coriander seeds
    1 tsp Turmeric powder
    5-6 Dried red chillies (adjust for spice preference)
    1 Tspn Cumin seeds
    Other Ingredients:
    1 cup Grated coconut

    1 Tspn Tamarind paste
    3 Tspn Oil
    1 Tspn Mustard seeds

    Carrot Halwa Ingredients:
    2 cups Grated Carrots
    1 cup Sugar
    3-4 Tsp Ghee
    1 cup Milk
    20-25 Cashew nuts
    20-25 Raisins
    3 Cardamom
    5 Cloves
    2 tsp Almond powder
    Rava Vada Ingredients:
    1 cup Bombay Rava
    1 cup Besan
    1 cup Onion (finely chopped)
    2 Green chilies (chopped, adjust for spice preference)
    1 tsp Ginger (grated)
    2 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
    20 Curry leaves
