I dont think the website made a tele neck with 25 frets, or he misspoke, but either way he didnt get what he said.
i knew someone would notice... but yeah
And satin fonish
25 fret necks are very uncommon i donât think you can find a 25 fret telecaster neck

It sounds dum but this is literally any guitarist. If they play then they have their dream guitar planned to the dot.

My man just shredded that sultans solo and no one is going to mention it? Props to you Mike! Just discovered your channel and i love how inspiring you are. Even fancier if he can spin it and pass it hand to hand around his torso.
This. Yes.
Not worth it it is incredibly easy, to be more exact its hard until until you find an italian flour 00 with high gluten percentage, then its just so elastic that nothing can go wrong, and throwing it is just an easy gimmick for show.

Mike remember you failed at learning a backflip? Well because of that you motivated me to learn one myself. I fell a few times almost sprained an ankle, but your courage to post the video where you failed gave me the challenge to do it. I had always wanted to learn one but I thought Nah everyone one who does them is like in gymnastics and stuff but when I saw an adult trying one I thought I got this! Let me tell you how a practiced, btw it took me around a month to learn
Ok so I already knew how to do a backflip on a trampoline but the ground is much different. (trust me it hurts more) I recommend that you master it on the trampoline before ANYTHING else. After you have mastered it learn to do it into a pool from a diving board first and then just from the edge. one you have got that down make sure you can still do it the next day because your body might tell you that you can't even though you can. So now you can do it on the trampoline easy and into the pool easy. Now try doing in ON two mattresses STACKED not side by side or end to end stacked. Also, don't do it onto them from the ground but standing on them and then do a backflip. First, try it jumping on them. Then do it without bouncing at all just from one jump. After you feel comfortable with that remove a mattress it a lot harder but practice practice practice. This is the place where you want to spend the most time. Make sure you can still do it on a mattress the next day before trying it with no mattresses. Also, I didn't have a spotter I thought that it would get in the way but you feel free to use one. Good luck and I hope this helps!
I tried to do it on the ground and broke my collor bone
RIP

Mike PLSS DO THIS AGAIN
NEVER EVER DO 7:52 AGAIN!!!
Adjusting the height under tension destroys the blades that make contact with the screws. After you do it a few times, your guitar WILL NOT be able to go back in tune when using the tremolo. You have to loosen the strings and detach the springs in the back before you turn those screws.
+mindlesskris thanks for the tips! I was wondering if I did that wrong
Reee
Djibril Diallo Nice addition to the conversation. Autistic screeches bring in a fresh feeling to the thread.
im so glad you chose dire straits for the end. One of the greatest solos ever đ€đ€đ€
I went to Warmoth once. It broke my heart when I discovered the neck I wanted was going to cost $600--which is twice what I payed for the guitar I was going to put it on. That's a gorgeous guitar you built, though!
"It can't be too complicated.. " famous last words
oh my god the guitar solo u did at the end was so fire, always loved that part of the songggg

I canât express how amazing this video is, it made me want to get a guitar and start learning even tho I know I wonât be doing it very much and I probably would fall out of it, I still would absolutely love to get myself my own guitar one day
this video was sooo inspiring ive spent 6 months saving 2 buy my dream axe(been looking at various ibanez, ernie ball, fender models) and i am now seriously considering ORDERING custom parts and ASSEMBLING it all myself and the reason being is coz every single guitar i like, theres always one thing i HATE such as "the neck is too thin" or "if only it had hum-sing-sing config" or "i wish it had a non double locking trem" either way i go, thnx 4 the inspiration and congrats on the gorgeous guitar
Hey Mike, I love your content. Keep up the great work! You're such an inspiration!
I get so happy when you uploadđ
Buddy, that solo got you a sub! Amazing guitar that sounds amazing, built by an extraordinary person!
The fact that Mike played Sultans of Swing in the end cheered me up right away! What a great guitar as well
Let get mike to 1 millions subscribe guys.I believe we can do that.Mike deserve it
San Bach nah he will never get 1 million subs
Thomann... A man of class I see
I love this build! The Warmoth stuff is spectacular. Great work!
That guitar sounds AMAZING, thanks for the performance
Loved this, was wondering what the cost was for this? Also great job on sultans of swing, I'd love to learn that but it's a bit ahead of my skill level.
Edit: Alright alright I'll learn the song.
M. Katze just off a quick look at the warmouth website Iâd say around 800$ or upwards of 500$
Those lace sensor pickups are about 200quid. This isn't a cheap build. Birds eye maple necks are pricey too. The Wilkinson stuff is affordable but decent quality. I'd estimate this cost 600-700gbp to build
Bro, keep playing and learing teory and you will have fun learning new shit. Not only one typ of music, stay open and keep playing.
After yeara you will say meh lets spees it up to 220 bpm and add some of shred and sweep to this and it will be perfect :).
Last what i want to say is: you shouldn't be mad cause you cannot play something(50 bpm and tabs and fucking go)
It's cheapest to make one from complete scratch
That's how you raise the level. You learn songs a bit harder, than you think you can manage to
Damn Mike not only a musician but a cook bravo
Somehow I missed this one on my notifications, what an awesome guitar! Happy New Year!
I love that you played Sultans of Swing, that song has probably my favorite guitar licks. Beautifully done!

I love this video. I personally built my own guitar exactly as I want using a Wilkinson trem and Warmoth body and really love it. I hope you have a ton of fun with that guitar!

Isn't this assembling a guitar and NOT building a guitar?
When I was a kid I built model cars.
I wasn't molding the parts myself
Jeremy Beavin i build custom guitars, mike assembled a premade custom guitar. thereâs quite a difference between putting a premade guitar together and making one from scratch
@@jeremybeavin9737no you assembled model cars.
Definition of build
(Entry 1 of 2)
transitive verb
1 : to form by ordering and uniting materials by gradual means into a composite whole : construct birds building a nest build new hospitals and schools the boat her father built
2 : to cause to be constructed a contractor who has built hundreds of homes
3 : to develop according to a systematic plan, by a definite process, or on a particular base
@@jeremybeavin9737 Look man, you seem like a nice guy. But this is a pointless conversation. You get to have your opinion I respect that and I won't argue about it.

Well done! Great video!
Sultans of Swing was the icing on the cake. Beautiful build bud!
Hey Mike, I have an idea for a learn quick video. You should learn how to play the bass guitar. While similar in appearance to an electric guitar you will find they are actually very different. The strings are much thicker and harder to fret with. It would be really interesting to see a guitar player learn the bass.
M Squiggle this would be really cool to watch being a beginner bassist myself
It would be a 30 second video ;) 6 string to bass is so much easier to pick up than bass to 6.
bass guitar is the same as the lowest four strings of a 6 string, just one octave down
t j Actually itâs not as easy as you think. Especially for someone whoâs been playing guitar for years. They would have a hard time with the thicker heavier strings of a bass. Also most of the time you donât play chords on a bass and most people use their fingers to pick the strings.
Mate Iâve played guitar for 20 years and bass for 10 and finger picking is normal on both
If you know how to play guitar properly - learning bass will be easy
Can you heart this?
Thanks mike
Lol

It would make an extremely loud noise but only once i'm afraid as it would snapped in half
Anyone gonna tell him thatâs not a strat style body?
i think he means just similar in shape
he means the placement of the bridge , pickups , pots , etc.
