I don't understand how people can say that this Ronaldo is better than the current one at Real Madrid. Sure, maybe it looks good with all those skills, but how many of them are efficient? There are loads of clips in this video where he makes a trick but the video is cut cause he loses the ball shortly afterwards. Ask any world class coach which Ronaldo he'd rather have and I'm sure you know the answer. Skills and dribblings isn't everything in football, there's so much more to it. Of course it's a great way to create space for yourself and create a numerical advantage for the team but, for example, Ronaldo's greatest attribute which is so underrated is his positioning. That's because positioning isn't as beautiful as skills, nor does everybody have the footballing IQ to see it, and that's why he scores so many tap-ins. Now tell me how can a player who scores 6 goals and provides 7 assists in one season be better than a player who scores 10 times as much (61) and provides more than three times the number of assists (22)? It is goals that the end of the day wins a football game, and winning is the most important, and if one player is helping his team to score 13 goals and another helps his tim score 83, which one is better?

Ele no United lembrava um pouco de fundo o Messi: jogava mais recuado e muitas vezes pela direita. Porém ele driblava com mais toques e o Messi fintas de corpo nem precisava tocar, (além de um ser mais baixo e outro alto), mas ele as vezes limpava a marcação e acalmava o jogo, o que lembra o Lionel, mas os dribles em si lembram muito o Hazard em sua melhor fase, e quando precisava tinha a ginga do Neymar também em sua melhor fase, e o Kaká nas explosões imparáveis também em sua melhor fase... Ronaldo do United foi um grande mix do melhor dos melhores, de fato apenas o Messi conseguiu chegar ao nível dele!

People keep saying all he does in matches now is score tap ins... But if you remember before the World Cup last year Ronaldo was pronounced to have an ongoing injury that could cost him his career if not sorted. That's why in the Champions league final last year he wasn't as efficient as usual. And yet he still played in the World Cup to try and aid Portugal which in the end did nothing but still. He never rested the injury correctly. So this season simply he's been given a cap on the amount of dribbles and high speed runs he can do. Next season he should be back 100% and destroying defences like normal. So people, chill :)
