It’s been YEARS since Lee died, he was only in the first season, and yet, he remains as one of my favourite video game characters. I still get teary eyed whenever Clem mentions him 😭
is it bad I never actually cried when Lee died? Yeah, I liked him but I think since we played him it just stopped everything and I focused more on the other characters. Yea, I was sad when he died but I never cried (played the game 3 times) but when it comes to KENNY, oh shit I cry EVERYTIME

Clem neglects to mention Christa, Bonnie, Mike, Arvo, and Javi during her life's story but will never forget that one guy who ate all the biscuits at the St. John's Dairy several years ago.

Christa and javi i can get pissed off at but Mike and Bonnie were 2 fucking traitors and arvo was a massive prick who in my opinion deserves to be walker food cause he and his people tried to eliminate clem and her group. He even went as far to lying to the group about a house riddled with supplies, made the group walk a frozen lake (which ended horribly wrong), shooting clem and stealing the very little supplies that the group had.

@@xavieregger6707 The reason why Bonnie isn't mentioned is because she can die in a QTE fail. If you cover Luke and fail to break the ice, Bonnie breaks there. That choice would be tracked how? "After Luke drowned, I couldn't break the ice for Bonnie."? It sounds stupid because it is stupid. Bonnie is too minor of a character and with the complications of the choice, it just wouldn't work.
The entire sequence is worthless. It changes a few lines of dialogue, and nothing else. That’s why so many important choices are excluded.
Am I the only one who thinks that we'll meet Lilly here? Just look how they pay attention on her.

And also I like Lilly still, even after what she has done, she just wanted to be a good leader and after her father's death, who wanted to protect her, she couldn't handle it anymore. Maybe now my choice to let her stay will make a better relationship with Clem now.

one of the reasons why I dont like about twdtt, they dont give you real options.
This point is invalid though. More than 90% of characters we've seen (that aren't random) are dead. The choice mattered because the lerson you saved loved on for 2 episodes, almost the same life span as Lilly.
Ethyla Porcil basically all telltale games. In TWD S2 had 5 endings. In S3 all those endings were insignificant, like Every other choice in these games. Games like Detroit: become human are where choices, even those seeming insignificant, matter
I think the funniest thing about the series is that letting Jane die and staying with Kenny actually yields the best result for Clementine over saving Jane. Kenny sticks with Clem for a while and helps raise AJ and sacrifices himself to save them both. Jane on the other hand finds out she's preggo and immediately hangs herself selfishly and leaving Clem alone with AJ.

Best results in general really. You either last longer with Kenny than with Jane or stay in a safe, walled-in community. I think it was more than being selfish when it came to Jane killing herself. She may have realized that she became a liability for Clem and AJ. Clem would have to be taking care of all of them if that had been the case. They had no other place to go or a group to go to for help that would keep them safe and trust. The alone endings are just too unrealistic for Clem to take care of a baby by herself.
AJ Martinez Jane didnt do that for Clem. If she did she would have left a letter at least. Jane was being a coward, not being selfless as you suggest. Unless I see proof of otherwise then I'm not convinced by that argument.
EDIT: Also, if your first answer to a problem like this is killing yourself, you're still a coward. You're leaving a young girl to look out for a child on her own anyway, and instead of looking for a way to make it work you instead decide 'hm, I'll just die so it doesn't become a possible burden way later'. It's a shit excuse and a coward's way out. Jane was a coward, no matter how you look at it.
John D. Zephyr There was no other way for Jane. No other place to go and no one to help them. If she went along with having the baby, it would be a lot harder for Clem and AJ to survive because the only person that could actually do something is Clementine. They were staying at Carver's camp and it's just them. A group can easily take it over and kill them. The family that you could let in will rob you anyway and that could happen again. With Jane being required to take it easy due to having a baby, there isn't much that she could do to help Clem and AJ. Her fate was sealed the second she had sex with Luke without a condom but what she did can be looked as either selfish or selfless.

Yeah, if Clementine stayed at Wellington instead of going with Kenny, her flashback reveals that raiders attacked the place. She managed to flee with AJ but most of the other folks got killed.
They just HAVE to punch us in the gut one last time with Lee, don’t they? 😭
Also, I think it’s funny that season 2&3 is mostly skimmed over in comparison to season 1. The final Kenny/Jane clash is fleshed out and Rebecca is merely mentioned. Third season only gets one little scene. Except for AJ, everyone else is ignored. 😂 Season 1 had half the flipping video!

Mad Hatter I agree that season 3 was mostly Javi, however they touched on a good bit of Clem’s story. (Her and AJ from infancy to about 1-2 yrs) The fact that they skipped over most of it, and included only one little scene, makes it seem as if you don’t need to even play it to understand all of Clem’s story. You can just watch this for season 3

Guus Martens Season 3 was definitely the weakest out of all the seasons. We can only hope and pray that season 4 ends well without Clementine’s death. 😥

Season 3 was so shit and pointless they barely mentioned it.
It wasn’t really Clementine’s story. She was in it but it didn’t really impact her own path. Doesn’t make it bad, I personally enjoyed it a lot; especially Javier’s character.
it's not the best TWD season IMO.... I can barely remember important moments from it compared to Seasons 1 and 2
I kind of feel like the series would be doing better if they’d just replace season 3 with season 4.... thankfully this season is looking to be a lot better, Javi’s story was completely useless and you can tell it was completely useless by this summary video
Exitiale the walking dead game is clementine FOCUSED. The thing is that season 3 wasn’t bad itself, but it had absolutely no place in the series which is why it is so disliked. TWDG is about Clementine’s journey and telltale knows this, so to have Season 1 and 2 focus on Clementine, then have a random season about some random family, and then go back to Clementine focus in season 4 makes no sense whatsoever. If Season 3 was intentionally played outside of the main series like they did with Walking Dead: Michonne then it would make sense, but in the Clem-focused main series it just makes for confusion and a disappointing season that drove a lot of fans away from the series and lowered expectations - this is why it would be better if they just replaced s3 with s4 in the main series and made Javier’s story a side mini-series like they did w/ Michonne

Jane killed herself because she knew she was going to be a liability for Clem and AJ. It was more than just cowardice you know? Lily was the first one to snap in the group. She was the first person to have really lost everything and couldn't trust anyone anymore. Same thing probably would've happened if Lee had lost Clem or if no one was there for Kenny after he lost his family.

kn0t 14 It's not that he's a teenager. Realistically, he should've been more hardened or be able to know what he's doing but he doesn't. Id consider this to be a plot hole. He was on the road for FOUR years straight yet it's like he got dropped into the apocalypse. Being on the road is the most dangerous place to be and it's just them. A group bigger than them could easily take them down. I'd understand if they were in communities but even that isn't 100% safe either and on the road for all of it? They would've met bigger threats by now. Compare that to the previous seasons and the shows. The experiences they faced on the road deeply affected them but with Gabe or even the whole family, didn't change at all. It's like the only thing they taught him how to do is shoot and survived based on absolute BS. I find it hard to believe that a kid who was the way Gave would survive for that long. Someone like him would've died a long time ago. I could also rant on about how stupid and forced his relationship with Clem is and it's not because I have a problem with Clem being romantically involved with someone, I really don't.

kn0t 14 Javi taking care of him is no excuse. A group or even a community that they could meet on the road could still easily kill them. You're basically telling me that they could survive ever meeting someone like the Governor or Negan and the saviors? Clem was with groups of people and they all died because of those threats or something that led to another. Also, that's a contradiction because you're basically saying that Javi was doing all the work for him which would make him weak.
Did you really just say that he was as skillful as Clem? He's nowhere close. Gabe didn't know that he could take down a walker easier by hitting their knee first and then killing them until Clem taught him. I doubt he could shoot an assault rifle or shotgun like Clem because of how he weak he is due to him having Javi do all the work. Clem knows how to survive on her own because multiple people taught her how to and had to do survive on her own herself, Gabe can't and never has. He almost got killed trying to take down a guard. Hell, Clem herself is pretty strong. She was able to chop down a huge tree and time it just correctly to where she could stop a truck. They pretty much tried establishing that he was Clem's opposite yet we've seen characters like that die for reasons that make sense like Duck, Ben, Sarah, and Mariana. And no, it's not just personality or mood. Everything about him sucks.
I like the detail that in the final shot, Clementine and AJ are in the same position as Lee, with axe in hand and all. Other thing that got me in the Demo is those little gestures Clementine does that reminded me of Lee, like crossing her arms and turn her head sideways. Or the wink at Jane in teaching Clementine how to fight Zombies. It gets me everytime, I know one has to be cautious when talking about Telltale, but I guess I have this game on my radar now.
