Your website you gave above is not secure. Can’t open it
This was so great to see. I was born in America but I fell in love with Kenya the first time I visited. When I can’t visit Kenya, I enjoy so much the videos from Afrikan Traveller. I’m so happy my children have dual citizenship thanks to my lovely Kenyan wife. I need to get one of those homes in Kisumu on the peninsula!!
The act of embracing Kenya, left me shadding tears of joy, waoh my mother land a land full of Beautiful people.
Thanks John. God bless this wonderful couple and very patriotic Kenyans. I have lived abroad for more than 18yrs and I totally agree with this couple said, Kenya is the most beautiful country in the world and very blessed with good people, apart from our tribalistic politics which is propagated by some of very selfish politicians who don't love our people and our country.
John, you are truly the brother I never had. What you have done for my parents is wonderful and the house still looks amazing. It makes me miss Mom and Dad. God Blessyou bro and thank you so much.
Gracie Litondo Jibril
You most welcome 😊, your family is truly blessed.
Good to see Oliver and his wife are back to Kenya. Back then you would see him walk the streets of Nairobi. A good orator with great acting skills!
Mature intelligent role model Kenyans in the building leading the way by action.
Very wise people. I was nodding my head in agreement all through. And I totally agree Kenya is the best, I have lived in 🇺🇸 for over 25 years and I am now planning to relocate. And hope we rid Kenya of all the corruption.
Absolutely!!!
Rao the 5th!
Wajackoya the 6th!
Great job again Afrikan Traveller. Well done. For us who are outside our country, we know for sure that our Country Kenya is Beautiful but very few people show the beauty of the country, Please Afrikan Traveller, Continue showing the beautiful side because its yet to be discovered.
I like the confidence and affirmation of the couple on the interview... the spirit of true patriots !!
Indeed!
Patriotism? lol money goes further in Kenya
Twende is doing a great work to promote Kenya, happening, interest and how he engages with the people he is interviewing ,audience they love him.
Slogan TWENDE,
Wow!! What a power couple for sure. They have such pride in their country, Kenya …why not. They are good ambassadors for Kenya. We all have to take note of what wisdom they have to share. I thoroughly enjoyed watching this video. I remember watching the movie the First Grader and absolutely loved it. This is truly inspirational. Africans please, let’s continue to tell our own stories….let’s change that narrative. We have all this potential. Yes I agree….corruption must be dealt with. Let’s not tolerate it. Let’s vote for leaders who are competent, those who have vision to serve our people. Service before all else. Let’s be rid of corruption , incompetence and destruction. I love that statement “let us clean up the mess we have created” . Again take note my fellow Africans.
You are right, film production in this country needs a lift to promote it. It will really generate good revenue for our nation.💯 Our children need these jobs!
🖤❤️💚 love that we’re reversing the brain drain, one story at a time. Intentionally working my plan to move back🇰🇪 home
I truly enjoyed Mr. Litondo in country queen. Tuendelee! Tusonge!! Heres to Kenyawood, and brains like Mr Litondo to guide in transforming how we tell our own stories 🙌🏿

What a great interview Oliver and Beldina! Proud of and happy for you. Keep it up and all the best with your plans!
A very substantive discussion ! Film part was my highlights
The film part is also my highlight, reason being, my daughter went to one of the best schools around but instead of following the careerpath we expected, like medicine, engineering, law & the like, she chose to do Performing Arts. She's good in it but work is hard to find. This couple has given me hope for my daughter's dream
In the building watching from Barbados😎
Great to see you Bro. Karibu sana.
Mum Beldina is the best and Papa Oliver
They are.
Great to have legends Oliver Litondo and his wife Beldina !! Thanks Afrikan Traveller
Wow!! What an interview, African traveler never dissapoint
Thank you, Glad you loved it Francis.
This is a great interview. These two are legends. I internalize their words, and indeed, no greater land than Kenya. On the issue of investing in the film industries, possibly you can do a video on how to do it.
Thank you, Glad you loved it. I hope so too as we have a follow up on the farm and Villas will definitely do.
Oliver was a legend as I was growing up, but it doesn't mean that now he can say Kenyans not to travel abroad to make a bite the way he did.
In Kenya there was only VOK and he made a name, however, misused in Holywood for self gains. Madam controlling the interview, what have they done for next door, Kibra ,Ongata Rongai....
Kenya has always been a location for filming since the 50's...
Give Oliver a chance to talk....
The house is beautiful, and an inspiring interview.
Ouma and Oliver thankyou for being patriots
Wow I can’t wait to see what they gonna build meanwhile show us their farm. Well done Afrikaner traveller you always deliver.
Can't wait to visit the farm as well.
Magnificent house!! Like a palace.

This is an excellent interview. I'm working on something and should be done in about a month. I'm having on an interesting guest.
That's a beautiful house 🏠
Awesome stuff.
Thank you
Good interview
Good stuff
Amazing interview! well done African traveler
Thank you
Interesting advice…
Indeed!
it is worth more than 120m .. i am a civil engineer .. i know.. this is one of the best
I thought so too.
80 million is fair nothing special about this house except location
Boss, the house is okay but let's not stretch it. Lol. For a 120m house you should get a private pool and shouldn't be able to see your neighbor AT ALL, even if it's a gated community. The house is at Karen Plains Country Homes, on Karen Plains Rd. So let's do the math:
- The land that house sits on costs about 30m maximum.
- Constructing the house, plus landscaping shouldn't be more than 20m.
- Throw in another 10m because it's a gated community, ease of accessibility, proximity to amenities, security etc.
- Then another 10m for profit plus things like stamp duty
The asking price for that house shouldn't be more than 70m
@@antonynjoroge2758 very true just basic house and old school nothing strikes out I agree with you100% only it happens to be in Karen probably that's why they're selling that money you can do alot different location
I agree this is a massive home.
Hi, missed you from Capetown..
Have missed you guys too.
GREAT INTERVIEW 👍🏾👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
🙏🙏🙏
Greetings AT, what an awesome conversation with those two business Moglos. I have many friends that may want to relocate to baeutiful Kenya and can afford a luxury estate such as the one shown herein. Thank you for sharing AD.
This was excellent. I really enjoyed seeing you all enjoying each other and sharing so much laughter. Yes, we need to see the farm! I'm coming to Kenya and I would love to meet you all. Just subscribed!
Glad you enjoyed and thanks for the sub.
Wow
Wooooow amazing home 90m only Karen how i wish my dream home🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
waiting for season 2.
Their 10acre property is going to be good. Food, fresh air and the scenery. What else can you ask for?
Cant wait to see the day I will take that trip.
kali sana
Thanks
Great interview. Oliver & Beldina are real legends who the government should value & honour.🙌
$800,000 is ridiculous for that price , the house need so much work too out dated
That was a great interview bro. So inspiring. That's a power couple in every sense of the word. How can I reach them about the movie business though? I've written a great script and I don't know which way to go from there. Even an advice from them will do.
Glad you enjoyed, contacts on the screen, Pinned comment and Description Box🙏
IMF IMF IMF.... Then pin in Africa shoes.... Anwa, welldone to both

What was the name of the film please
COUNTRY QUEEN IS GOOD BUT HIO IMORALITY YA KUNYONYANA!! EISH!! KWANI ILIKUA LAZIMA IEKWE HAPO.
Interesting what does it cost to make a movie
OMG 😲 80M people have money kbs
Love that family
Imechoma
How does one invest in this project. I live in London I love my country Kenya
Call Beldina
I have something to say to these Repatriates. It's not just about investing and settling in Africa, it's about cleaning the Slate and starting afresh from "Scratch". You can't invest in Africa with American or Foreign Money, you're just begging and encouraging America or other Foreigners to come to Africa and take their Money back.
The furniture is inclusive ??
No, its not.
We don't call those rooms servant quarters anymore, that's so colonial! They are known as domestic staff quarters (DSQ). I thought Oliver's wife was Amina Litondo? Maybe it's another Litondo not him then
Well noted on that, probably another Oliver
😂😂😂
