For my fellow gamers out there considering this tv, i just recently bought this tv for gaming aside from movie entertainment purpose. Everything is as advertised. 4K HDR10+ ALLM with VRR. It's just that 120hz is somehow misleading. The screen is
4K@60hz panel, but can reach 120hz via DLG. In summary Max is 4k 60hz, pero it can reach 120hz but max is 1440p since it is just DLG. Both are with VRR support.
That 4k 120hz is like the borderline for their next level tv, which is yung c745 na model. Yung for gaming talaga. Unfortunately, no authorized seller yet for the gaming model that is 4K 144Hz panel with VRR ALLM.
Hope this helps sa mga nagchecheck netong tv. But exp wise on gaming, goods na rin siya since 4K 60hz naman na. And if u prefer better frame rates u can switch to 1440p 120hz VRR. For ps5 naman, wala pa masyadong games na locked 4k 120hz kaya goods na rin.

HDR is sub par so do not expect HDR10+ and Dolby Vision to be amazing, the next model C745 is 1000nits and the higher end model C845 has 2000nits
this model C645 is only 450nits -

I can attest to this. In our home, we have LED TCL TV that I bought way back 2013 and today, still functioning though my black line spot lang sa git a dahil nahulog.

I have 43 C645 very good deal of features and sound have a bit volume of bass too. but not for brightness & contrast. also still struggle with glare.

Really considering this one over Samsung & LG. Much better deal sa price point IMO. I think this one can do 120Hz and has Google TV, both missing from the other brands.
Take note nalang if picky ka sa frame rate when gaming. 4k 60hz vrr allm hdr10+ yung max nya. If 120hz vrr, max na niya is 1440p.
this TV will give you the illusion of 120Hz at 1080p(not 4K)
Just DLG and not native. So, the resolution degrades when 120hz is activated.

TCL 52 inches namin mag 4 years na smooth pa din pagdating sa gaming parang hindi ko masasabi na low quality ang build nya, araw2 kami nag lalaro ng anak ko using my PS5 napaka legit ng QLED lupit ng graphics. Tatlong HDMI na rin kaya solid.

I think you missed to discuss the part that it also supports AMD FreeSync, I guess my real question is if it supports FreeSync, is it also G-Sync compatible?
Does it support the Upscale feature? Upscaling the low resolution video to 4k resolution?
All modern tv has upscaling feature of 1080p to 4k especially flagship tv's or premium tv's. If they don't, then they would lose the competition with the other brands.
Kung gusto mo maganda mag upscale, get Sony ganda ng upscaling nila kahit 420p maganda ang images.

This is obviously a paid content by TCL. Just bought this TV (65 and 43 inches) 3 days ago and what a disappointment. I'm dissatisfied especially that this is marketed as a QLED TV set. The bleeding lights are very noticeable and browsing through the TV menus, settings, etc is very irritating because it's sluggish. It's not smooth. An Android Box like the Mi Box 4K S or the Skyworth Leap is way better in handling this part. Overall, I'm more satisfied with my old Samsung UHD Curve TV Series 6 than this one as the former handles the blacks, HDR and color grading way better than this C645 model. I should've bought the C745 and waited 3 weeks for it to arrive. This is a 2.5 star out of 5 for me. Samsung's Q61C/Q60C is better than this.

Using the tv on some occassions i feel the tv tends to lag once your going around the different streaming apps imo. But picture quality is pretty good for its price. Havent used it long enough to say how durable it is
