    In Colombia, cities such as Bogotá, Cartagena and Medellín are the most visited and recognized by international tourists (www.elespectad.... But, in Colombia there is much more to do, there are magical places that you can enjoy on your next vacation. In this video I show you some of the hidden places to visit in Colombia.
    First, in the department of Boyacá is Cocuy. El Cocuy is an indigenous land where you can visit the Nevado del Cocuy (www.parquesnaci...) and interact with the native indigenous people. In Boyacá there are also the municipalities of Susacón (en.wikipedia.o...) and Monguí (es.wikipedia.o.... Susacón is located two and a half hours by car from Tunja, the capital of Boyacá. There you can go hiking and trekking. In Monguí there is the Paramo de Ocetá (www.colparques...., the most beautiful paramo in the world, which is worth visiting.
    On the Caribbean coast is the department of Cesar, with its capital, Valledupar. Valledupar is the city of vallenato, one of the most representative musical genres of Colombia. There, in April, the Vallenato Festival (festivalvallen...) is celebrated, a space where the great stars of the vallenato meet to play, as well as a space of opportunities for new artists. In Cesar you can also go to the Sierra de Nevada de Santa Marta (www.parquesnaci....
    In Tolima there is the municipality of Villa Hermosa and Ibagué. In Tolima you will find beautiful places like Cañon del Combeima (es.wikipedia.o...) and Finca La Rivera (www.fincalariv...).
    Risaralda (en.wikipedia.o...) is one of the departments with more biodiversity in Colombia. Risaralda is a department that is part of the Coffee Triangle. There you can visit coffee plantations and municipalities such as Apia (en.wikipedia.o..., one of the most biodiverse towns in the country.
    In Valle del Cauca (en.wikipedia.o...) you can enjoy the great biodiversity of Colombia, you can ride in Brujitas in the municipality of San Cipriano or, dance salsa in Cali. Another department you should visit is Nariño (en.wikipedia.o.... There you will see amazing landscapes.

    Also, recommend Chinatoca , Norte Santander (hour from Cucuta), jaw dropping scenery, weekends people from Cucuta go because it's cooler up in the mountains. Playa de Belen, most beautiful village in Norte Santander and heritage town, hour from Ocana. Near Belen is Estoraques parque, stunning scenery, very few tourists. Then, Silvia in the dept of Cauca, beautiful village, 90 min from Cali. Famous for indigenous people who dress in traditional blue clothing. Again, stunning scenery, no tourists.

      I agree. Only in Silvia some operators send sometimes bus loads of tourists which run around town, taking pictures of all the indigenous without asking, molesting them and then without even drinking a coffee ore spending just a peso, leave again
