if you put a piece of square tubing over the bottom shaft and welded it then replaced upper pipe with square tubing that the bottom would slide up and down in and drilled holes to set depth would that stop it from moving side to side
I don’t wish danger on anyone but it’s been good to not have to dodge tornadoes in Bama lately. Buddy please go get you a knife rig to put your fertilizer out on your corn. Putting your fertilizer on top of the ground is ok but you are losing a lot of your fertilizer!! Just saying!! From La.
We used to have coulters on the unverferth rig at first, we tried running it in the middle of the row but we were so wide 36” in between the rows corn never got the right amount of fert, then I mounted 2 coulters per row 8” from each row and didn’t like that because we were cutting to many roots so that’s were the ydrop idea came into play 🤷♂️thanks for watching 👍😁
put square tubing on the "Y" drops
With a bolt through it to have the ability to tighten it down.
