- Kelly Rowland reportedly stormed out of the “Today” show after she was asked questions about Beyonce. Initially, it was previously reported that Rowland was upset over a subpar dressing room. Now, it's being reported it was questions from Savannah Guthrie about Beyonce that led to the drama. It even appears Rowland wanted to change the subject and talk about her Netflix movie, “Mea Culpa.” However, a source close to the situation told Inside Edition that she was not upset about the Beyonce questions.
Kelly is her own person. She is not a shadow of the other lady. Simple: Kelly is on their show, so ask about Kelly.

This just goes to show that interviewers and reporters often lack emotional intelligence and social skills even though they talk to people for a living.

It’s their literal job to ask if they don’t their boss would call them out for it. Those old school executives need to catch up with the times because viewers don’t like intrusive questions like they use to do in the 90s and early 2000s.

I won’t discuss xyz, but I’m glad to speak with you about my film and its message. How great it was working with a talented cast, etc.”

This happens a lot at professional sports press conferences. They continually ask other players about the teams’ star instead of about their own lives,performances etc. Occasionally it’s ok but that overkilled is felt even on my couch let alone in the locker room.
