If anything I’ve always thought Kelly Rowland accepted BS all the time. In her 25+ years career she’s been nothing short of gracious and professional. Not a single problem. So for people to want to throw stones without knowing what truly went down is quite sad. I’m glad she’s finally “shaking the table”.

It wasn’t the room at all, she told them in advance to not ask any questions regarding Beyonce new Country Album. They put her on the spot . Also, during her interview promoting her new film Savannah Guthrie asked her twice how did she feel about the new Beyonce Country Album and they ran a clip of Beyonce in the middle of her interview. Lastly, did the coming up next teaser, they said coming up Kelly would answer questions about Beyonce . The camera w shot was on her face and she was shocked. She did answer the question twice that Savannah asked and said I’m so proud of her. That’s why she left, absolutely nothing to do with a dressing room. This woman is 20years in the game and have been in nice and not so nice dressings rooms.

I do it with everything so I don't get into people's business. When you think it's easy to give your opinion or talk about others, that's how things get taken out of context. So when you are mature, you learn to avoid talking about others and speak on yourself and your work. Today's "culture" looks for drama from social media to TV hosts.

The pictures of the room they tried to give her were posted online and Hoda admitted to it live saying "She can share my dressing room. We'll be in it together!✌🏽" The room was trash and when she asked for a bigger one they said no, JLo has that one.

Kelly Rowland has accepted being treated like DIRT for almost 30 years and now, the ONE TIME she demands to be treated with respect, they call her a diva. Horrific. JLo arrived fully dressed to do a single segment, Kelly was co-hosting the entire show with continuous hair and makeup needs. Kelly deserved proper accommodation. It seems Hoda, Jenna, and Today are good with Kelly, so why the backlash??

If someone is gonna put themselves in Kelly’s shoes, she’s multitalented and a superstar. If he was her at her status and placed in a tiny dressing room, he would be out for sure.
The example at the end of the video about speaking up in a restaurant when they try to seat you by the bathrooms when better tables are available wrapped up this entire discussion, IMO. Unfortunately, people will try to do things to you or treat you a certain way just to see if you'll speak up and stand up for yourself. As they said, the Today show staff probably gave all the resources to J-Lo that day and tried to take Kelly for granted by giving her less. As a fellow person who is always considered "nice", I support Kelly.

i personally think kelly HAD NO dressing room. things were going so fast right after her first interview, and she was left in the hallway to change into another outfit, that would be more suitable, and comfortable to host in, and she was left doing hair and make up and to change in the hallway, while flipping through her cue cards frantically. i also don't think it was just kelly. i think her team was fed up too, and maybe her manager made an executive decision. she didn't just walk off. SHE DID THE FIRST INTERVIEW. i think something broke down backstage, and when they said SHE NEEDS A PROPER ROOM in order to get changed (since she came to set already dressed for her first segment), and when she was refused, things broke down.
this is definitely not being a diva. you show up for a hosting gig, you need a room to prepare inbetween takes. to eat something. to mentally prepare. i don't think her team of stylists can do what they do in the women's bathroom toilet stall. or, imagine being asked to a job interview and there is no private office. imagine doing your interview in the reception area infront of the secretary, with ppl walking in and out.
