Ma'am before 4 to 5 days if we read schweser sause, can it will be helpful as the last small revision and i have prepared my formula book i will also read the same before 4 days ...please help in this
Hello Yuvraj,
I personally find it more worthy to spend that time reading your own notes and practising questions but if you have time and want to go through that as well then it’s no harm.
Also all the very best for your exam ☺️
Thanks for the video maam
Most welcome and all the very best for your exam…💪🏻🙌🏻
@@tanishka3338 thanks ma'am 😊
Thank you 😭
Most welcome and all the very best 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Thank you so much for such an insightful video. Is the room number mentioned in the confirmation mail, cause I don’t seem to spot it in mine
Most welcome Arpita and all the very best for your exam as well ☺️
Yes, the waiting room number is mentioned. The prometric test centre # is that.
Mam what should be the order to attend the mcq in exam for example so complete the mcq that we are more confident or we just complete as it
Go with the flow of the exam whatever is asked first go for that because if we follow the method of first finding our confident subjects we tend to waste time by scrolling up and down and tend to miss questions by mistake.
All the best for your exam 🙌🏻
Just one more idea. Please share some content on how one should change the strategy after level 1 for preparing further ahead.
Will definitely consider this Tanishq 🙌🏻
Hi tanishka I received scholarship for level 1 but i am confused about how to start preparation which slot i have to book and what will be the job possibility after level 1...
Hello,
Feel free to ask any of your doubts here and I’ll definitely do my best to guide you 🙌🏻
P.s. you can also book a private consultation by dropping a messaging on Instagram after which the team will guide you on how to book.
Hi mam,
I have a doubt about cfa scholarship (Jannuary 24 window). Will it be applicable for November 2024 attempt?
Yes the scholarship will be applicable for November, 2024
hey can you please tell how much is cost required for cfa without coaching fees, and is it possible to clear it with self study
Cost without coaching and assuming you clear all exams on one attempt is around Rs.3,50,000 +\- Rs. 50,000 depending on the time you register for each exam (because early bird discounts can save up to $300 per exam).
Yes it definitely can be cleared through self study 😊
Any preferable time when should we reach … 1 hour before?
40-45 mins before is good enough
Hi Tanishka,
This is Mihir Singh Thakur. Actually my CFA level 1 exam held on 22 feb but till the date I am only completed 8 subjects and remaining 2 subjects are on the way due to office work but I believe I can do it. Can you tell me one things like all questions are theory based or some numerical based questions also have. If any suggestions then please reply.
Thank you.
🙏.
Hi Mihir,
First of all I have to commend your dedication to succeed, it really is very inspiring 🙌🏻
To answer you question: questions are a mic some theory based some numerical based.
I suggest go ahead with the two subjects but make sure you are revising the remaining 8 simultaneously. Shouldn’t be that you do the 2 new subjects well and lose out on what you have actually spent time on.
Wish you all the very best 🙌🏻
Hello how to access admit card ? I am unable to download/see the same. Please guide.
No admit card needed…you’ll just have your appointment confirmation which is mailed to you when you register and they will mail it again as well just a day or two before the exam.
Okay. Thanks a lot @@tanishka3338
Most welcome and all the best for the exam ☺️
That ignoring ppl wali tip is very important, thank you for reminding, how many day do you think I should keep for imp notes and memorising all formulas?
Glad you resonated with it Akshat 🙌🏻
Memorising if not yet done you can start now cuz it will take some time. Reading through important notes can start on a daily basis as soon as revision is done, if not then 2 days before the exam for sure go through them.
All the very best for your exam, wishing you only the best of everything 🙌🏻
@@tanishka3338 thank you for the tips tanishka! So for prep right now I’m doing repeated kicks daily and reviewing them and later that day picking a subject and a topic in it that’s unclear still so one each day and then most important formulas I already know but several that aren’t used often I haven’t, exam is on 20th so I’m planning on keeping 3 days just for formulas or 2 days would that be wise ?
I am so sorry for missing this Akshat…The notifications for reply on reply sometimes goes slow for me🙈
I hope you had a good exam ?
@@tanishka3338 I passed!!
Hey Tanishka , I am planning to give my CFA level 1 attempt in November and I am also preparing for CAT 2024. Can you guide me on what should be my approach and is it possible to crack with self study? I believe I can crack it with self study but after watching gazillions of you tube videos, that one needs a coaching for clearing level 1, I am overwhelmed. So I want to know your honest opinion on that.
Hello Samridhi,
Pls block out all those voices because coaching in no way guarantees a clearance. I have actually seen some brilliant cases where people have self studied for all three levels and yet passed faster and better than those who have been in coaching. It is only a convenience that we pay for. It is to have someone who is constantly checking on us and just making life simpler by explaining concepts to us us without us having to bother how to understand it…That’s it.
So if you feel you can hold yourself accountable for your own progress and manage to understand the meaning of concepts through self reading and maybe a little research then there is absolutely no harm in it and you definitely can go for self study.
P.s. the only thing I’d want you to keep in mind is managing your time between CFA & CAT as both are pretty demanding, other than that I don’t think you should worry about anything else.
All the best 🙌🏻
@@tanishka3338 Yeah I can manage the time, I am determined about both. Can you tell me how to go ahead with self study. Also do I need to buy the calculator coz I don't know what is its use as of now. And thank you so much for always replying 🤧 you calmed down my anxiety to a great extent.
@@samridhi._11 Then go ahead for sure it’s this determination will surely lead you to success 🙌🏻
Sharing below two videos of my detailed level 1 strategy you can follow the exact same thing and in case of any questions in strategy I’ll be happy to help in the comments as always ☺️
P.s. yes you will need the calculator the moment you start your preparation because the usage of taht is different from a regular calculator so that needs to be learned and incorporated in whatever chapters needed.
P.p.s most welcome, I am glad I could help you in whatever little way possible ☺️
R/Mam, I am appearing for the L1 on 19th Feb , Please guide me , in paper , numerical questions will be higher or theory questions will be higher. Thanks
Hi Rohit,
Honestly there is no actual number to this…it’s a mix depending on the topic.
Also every paper is different so I won’t say you should conclude anything based on anyone else is exam.
For me per se I’d say I had 60% theory and 40% numerical.
Also taking a live session today at 7:30 Pm to talk about any last minute anxieties/doubts you might have for the February exam specially. In case you’d like to pls join in ☺️
Thank you so much Mam 🙏🙏
@@ROHITKUMAR-pl2us most welcome and all the best 🙌🏻
Mam my exam is on 19 feb i gave mock yesterday 11/02/24 and scored 84 in AM and 80 in PM but confidence level is very low like lag rha sab bhul rha hu pls suggest some tips 7 days left....
Hello,
Don’t worry you’re scoring well and doing well…Every single person thinks they are forging eveything (all through CFA Level 1-3) but if you’ve studied and understood concepts then for sure on the exam day your subconscious mind will kick in.
Just keep doing what you’re doing and be calm so your mind can work correctly.
@@tanishka3338okay mam thanks a lot for your guidance 💜
