What guy just films himself crying?
Other than Onision.
Horrorfreak106 Someone who realized Onision is still popular.
Foreneverworld does the same thing.
Scott Sandler no he's not. he's probably a narcissistic pathological liar who thinks rape is okay to made fun of, but not a rapist.
Rape is ok to make fun of, anything is ok to make fun off
TayonProductions that's your opinion. Persons with experience with this mostly think otherwise.
I'm gonna get hate for this but.......I actually really like Spider-Man 3 and the Pirates 2-3 movies. Sue me!
Pirates 2 is good. Pirates 3 is bad. Pirates 4 is unforgivable.
Gideon Powers I liked every transformers movie
i like them and the star wars prequels i do acknowledge their faults tho
i liked pirates one and two, but after that i kinda just turn off my brain nd watch the action
I actually enjoyed the Star Wars prequels, but even as I kid I didn't think the original trilogy was some great work of fiction. It's a nod to the old sci fi pulp adventures, not Gone With The Wind. There was definitely some issues with the prequels but overall I enjoyed the world building.
The new Star Trek films though, oof dah do not like.
I Kinda feel Bad for The Dude Who Cries at The Beginning Every Of Every Count.....

I swear to God, if any one of you says "The Force Awakens" *one more time* (without just doing it to troll me) I will hunt every last one of you down and politely argue my opinion.
But... it's true. It IS one of the worst sequels of all times. It's a horrible sequel to a horrible sequel.
DraculaCronqvist You fucking saying that return of the jedi was bad
No, it's not true, it's your opinion. Get over yourself.
I feel it is the worst; I would rather watch every other film in the franchise than that one. Showing me the exact same movie twice is less entertaining than a bad new film. Force Awakens < Phantom Menace.
You watched that worst movie ever video, didn´t you?
I'm surprised NeverEnding Story 3 isn't on this list
shadowlinkbds That too
SpeedyEric1 Not to mention that Star Wars Episode 1 is technically a prequel.
In order to qualify it needs to have been seen in a theater.
Crazy Horse 9000 Exactly! While, yes, it was released AFTER the original trilogy, the story takes place BEFORE the original trilogy. Does it make sense to call it a "sequel"?
THIS AIN'T POSSIBLE!
It’s pretty amazing when you think about it how Cartoon Network used to air “Son of the Mask” and “Batman and Robin” thinking they were ok.
Son of the mask gives me Vietnam flashbacks cuz it used to air on Cartoon Network and I was unfortunate to see it
Batman and Robin i consider so bad it’s good
I completely forgot about that
Batman and Robin has better special effects than Son of the Mask, at least.

I actually really like the Pirates sequels.
I was actually quite surprised he included those in this list! I know they're a bit unnecessary for some people, but as a whole there's nothing really wrong with them aside from a moderately confusing plot line. Being too "Lawrence of Arabia" is an odd reason to include them on the list...
Austin Faulds I thought the 2nd one was great. The rest of the sequels were boring disasters
I admit I completely forgot that the 4th pirates movie existed -- it's so bad I've blocked it from my memory. He should have just specified On Stranger Tides, 2 & 3 are perfectly fine.
I love Pirates 1. 2 & 3 though I couldn't stand (Davey Jones and the Jamaican Lady annoy the crap out of me). I liked Pirates 4 though, the mermaid thing got weird though. It was like they had an idea for a "little mermaid" story, but couldn't get it done so they wedged into this movie.
I kinda like all of them tbh

Fuck most foundations tbh, alot of the money goes to the employees and a small percentage goes to the actual people they wanna help. if you wanna make a difference, do it directly not through the middle man of a charity or foundation.
It depends on the fundation :) When I donate, I alwais look up how much of the money goes to helping, how much goes to employees and so on :) If they are not open about it, I don't donate ;)
Jared McAdam I know right? such a bad sequel
"Troll 2 is often considered THE WORST film ever made."
And then, 21 years later, we got Jack & Jill.
Yeah but it wasn't a sequal.
Jack and Jill. That movie was BAD. It wasn't even so bad it was good. It was so bad I forgot I had seen it. I had a long discussion with my mother about whether I had even seen it. Once the memories came back, so did the pain. I sometimes wonder if it was a literal repressed memory. Might not be the worst of all time, but it was certainly the worst I saw at a cinema.
I've seen worse.
@@mentaya11 It is still one of only three movies I have ever walked out on in a theater, the other two being Bucky Larson and the Ghostbusters reboot.
@@zachhaywood1564 I saw neither of those. I did not walk out of Jack and Jill, or any other movie. But I saw it at a drive in triple feature. If I had left, I wouldn't have seen the other two.
It’s funny when he said the three stooges could use a plot where they raise money to say an orphanage. Because that actually happens in the the three stooges movie!
And it was 10 times better than blues brothers 2000!
It also happens on a Three Stooges video game for the NES
I find it hilarious on how bad NC made Neverending Story 3 sound all those years ago, yet it didn't even land as a dishonorable mention on this list.

@@lovetolovefairytales if you lower the bar that much, everything can be entertaining

I agree with Doug. Attack of the Clones was a way worse movie then the Phantom Menace.
At least with Phantom Menace it had an okay balance of practical and computer generated effects. Plus at least two creative scenes, the Pod Race and the final Lightsaber duel (despite the fact it lacked any emotional involvement). Clones has nothing. Literally nothing. The only positive thing I can say about Clones is that it had a nice score. But that's only cause it's John freaking Williams.
The movie still sucked ass though. I'm grateful we got the far superior Clone Wars (which as far as I'm concerned are the only prequels to Star Wars for me) but that still doesn't make Attack of the Clones or the other Prequels easy to sit through.
Bane Knightfall phantom menace has the pod racing and the darth maul fight is one of the highlights of the franchise. Attack of the clones doesn't have something that good
Bane Knightfall indeed, phantom menace had at least something good... attck of the clones is just terrible
Heartstriker Correction Phantom Menace had it's moments. Granted those moments weren't enough to save the overall movie but it at least had moments. Attack of the Clones is completely and utterly crap in ever aspect outside of the musical score.
The goth chick from Book of Shadows is hot though.
Also, the guy who won being an extra for the Mask 2 got a good ending. He had to choose between $5k or wait for the movie to be made; he chose the money
Goodvillain 101 yeah seeing her cleavage was barely worth the movie, but thank you Internet that I can skip it.
I remember reading about that recently. But I think it was more than $5K, wasn't it? I don't recall if an exact amount was stated. He was just offered an apology and the choice to wait or to take the monetary prize "equal in value".
Totally agree about that chick, remember seeing that shit pile way pack when I was a kid, but that chick helped kick off my puberty.
To be fair to Batman and Robin, it had poison ivy.
Looks kind of like an adolescent Morticia Addams to me.
Honestly I never knew Ryan Reynolds actually liked the Deadpool character. I’m glad they picked an actual fan of the character or who at least had an interest
His friend suggested he should play the role after introducing Ryan to the character
Ryan knew he should play him after Deadpool compared himself to Ryan Reynolds visually
The santa clause 3: escape clause
Basic Instinct 2
A good day to die hard
I actually liked SC3, though not as much as the first film.
I never liked any of the Santa Clause movies
Well, it’s not like the original movies were huge hits.
A Good Day to Die Hard was terrible.

"Hello, im the Nostalgia Critic, FUCK YOU!!
Superman IV actually deserves its top 3 spot, and I’ve always used one thing to decide if it’s worse than III or not : III has solid effects and the Clark vs Evil Superman scene.
Home Alone 3 felt like a remake than a legit sequel, because it didn't have the same characters and didn't keep track of the 1st two movies.
Speaking of horrible sequels, let me tell a quick story. One night in university, I was bored, so I thought I'd go see two movies in the theaters. They were both sequels from a movie or franchise I'd enjoyed and their trailers looked promising, so I thought what the hell. So, back-to-back, I saw the 7 PM and 9 PM showings of each movie.
That night, I watched ALIEN RESURRECTION, immediately followed by MORTAL KOMBAT ANNIHILATION.
Nick Piers You poor son of a bitch...
I like Alien Resurrection. It's not as good as the others but I still enjoy it. It sure beats those awful AvP films.
It is astonishing to me how they could get so much right with Mortal Kombat and get everything wrong with Annihilation. Mortal Kombat was such a triumph of video game movies. It's still one of the best video game movies ever made. It just hurts me head how they fucked up the sequel.
+Darth Jar Jar Eh, I don't know. You're right that it unquestionably beats out the AvP movies. I honestly keep forgetting those exist at all. Amazing how they managed to fuck up the one thing that seemed impossible to fuck up. But I thought Resurrection was an awful movie then and still think it's awful now.
+Dregory Dewhard Honestly, much as I liked the first Mortal Kombat when I was in high school, I don't think it's held up well to the tests of time.

Same here, I felt like I watching a weird video of a guy actually crying. Like I literally felt sorry for him.
Edward Morris, I did.
I remember the son of the mask giving me nightmares when I was a kid
Blues Brothers I have seen 100 times and is one of my favorite films of all time while, Everytime I see Blues Brothers 2000 I find myself devouring Ice Cream and crying myself to sleep all because of its mere existence
Who is that guy crying is he ok?

IKR, I almost want to comfort that guy. :-(

Dumb and Dumber 2 (Yes, with returning Jim Carrey & Jeff Daniels). That was just a huge disappointment.
Wow.. what are you smoking because I don't want any lol! That movie was fucking hilarious! Not as good as the first but pretty damn close.
Well, you have your opinion, but I do have a question: How old are you? You think fart jokes, Jeff Daniels getting a free drink by sticking his fingers in his ass, and Jim Carrey LITERALLY blowing dust out of an old woman's private is funny? All those jokes are outdated by at least 15 years, friend.
@bigb860: No offense man and perhaps I am being a bit harsh so forgive me but, pointing that out shows you didn't read between the lines (which is what people need to start doing here on CZcams btw)... I said "it wasn't as good as the first" not because what you wrongly assumed I thought were not only the highlights of the film, but are also what I considered "funny" ended up being the complete opposite...
Those scenes were few and far between though and hardly enough to make the film a "disappointment". In fact, the first film had jokes that went too far. so that makes no sense within itself... Look, if you didn't like it that's cool, but the film doesn't deserve to be called a "disappointment". For a sequel I have seen far worse and none of those ended up on Doug's list may I add. In other words, nothing is perfect.
If you must know I am 29. GG bro, an "A" for effort! ;)
+bigb860 Didn't David Arquette did that on Ready To Rumble?
That and Bad Santa 2. Just zero laughs in either of them.
After I saw this (a few days or a week later) I watched The Phantom Menace. I'm not a Star Wars fan, but I thought the movie was pretty good.
The Phantom Menance was mostly bad due to Luke and Jar Jar. But it had its good points, the Darth Maul fight was legitmately great.
In fact the prequels had amazimg fighting, as they actually had their own form of martial arts created, and everyone trained in it to actually be able to swing solid and hard rids at each other at very high speeds.
Revenge of the Sith was overall prrtty great. And the fight on Mustafar was bloody great.

It’s weird how The Neverending Story 3 wasn’t even a Dishonourable mention at least, but whatever.
Think Doug's trying to pretend that never existed.
Actually, the reason it didn't make the list is because it didn't get a theatrical release. Critic said at the beginning of this video that the sequels had to have a theatrical release to be in this countdown.
Exactly!
The 2nd movie had already lowered the value of the brand.
I agree. Neverending Story 3 is awful! Even my Sister hates that movie! And she loved the first Neverending Story!

Oh my god, he has the same last name as Tex Avery. His name has already been disgraced by his own contribution to the Censored Eleven and that terrible Tex Avery cartoon. And the dog Otis was no better at all. Oh, and the magic baby. Fuck those two. Not literally, that would be disturbing.
i use to like this movie as a kid but i never saw the first back then
That movie gave me nightmares when I was a kid
I think Jaws 4 was worse. I mean, how did the Sheriff's wife come up with the idea that The Shark has it out for her family, when they are all different sharks.
David Townend I found Jaws 3 more dumb because of the whole Dolphin thing. They had no reason to be there (I know that the place they were at had Dolphins, but they added nothing new to the story).
Oh, don't get me wrong -- Jaws 3D sucked. I just think "The Revenge" sucked more.
@@SaturnCanuck Ditto! At least the shark in Jaws 3D didn't friggin' ROAR! I mean, WTF??
Would you ever do an updated version of this so we can add Rise of Skywalker? At least Phantom Menace has a plot, Rise of Skywalker's plot basically becomes: "Let's beat the bad guys!" With a sprinkle of nostalgia thrown in.
Just because something is worse doesn't mean it's suddenly a good product. If a dog shits on the carpet, does it become a pile of gold when another dog takes an even bigger shit?
@@isaywhateveriwantandyougot7421 You realize I was NEVER calling Phantom Menace 'good', right? The fact Rise of Skywalker exists should automatically take Phantom Menace off this list. If we're being real: Rise of Skywalker might be the worst thing to ever come out of Star Wars
@@TheRealBitterbub Last Jedi was worse
@@isaywhateveriwantandyougot7421, Rise of Skywalker is definitely worse. I hate Last Jedi but it’s so hypocritical to call Last Jedi a middle finger to the whole franchise when Rise of Skywalker made the entire original and prequel trilogy worthless
The dead speak!
Bayformers I originally didn't mind, but after hearing Michael Bay's Quote: "It doesn't matter how bad it is, you're still gonna go see it." I HATED Bayformers. But not for the explosions, for the fact that they're unfaithful to the source material. Forced Sex jokes, Too much focus on the Human characters, and the Autobots and Decepticons look nothing like the cartoon!(aside from Optimus Prime)
Nah, If I was to make a Transformers movie it’ll focus 90% on the robots and 10% on the humans and their appearances would be balanced.
@@masterseal0418 Now That I would enjoy.

omg there is so much amazing content here for you, literally years of watching that you can catch up to.
Check out the ones for "Thomas and the Magic Railroad" and "The Care Bears Movie". They are my all time favorites, but yeah, he has many, many great reviews. :)
Attack Of The Clones? Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3?Dumb and Dumberer?Speed 2 ? Indiana Jones:Kingdom of the crystal skull? The exorcist 2?Jaws:The Revenge?Jurassic park 3?Evan Almighty?Terminator Salvation? Zoolander 2? Independence Day: Resurgence? Where are all of these?
Lucas Pigliavento if the list was bigger, then you'd be able to see all of those
he did say he didnt want to make it a top 80
i know but most of those are worse than the godfather part 3 and should have at least made a honorable mention
Doug didn't like the first Independence Day to begin with, he probably wasn't surprised that the sequel was bad.
Indiana Jones 4 should definitely have gotten an un-honorable mention, though.
Exactly. Where in the fuck was Robocop 3 or Neverending Story 3 ???
While I don't disagree that Phantom Menace can be absolutely awful. I think the majority can agree Rise of Skywalker is so, so much worse. At least Phantom Menace makes sense in the overall prequel trilogy, where Rise of Skywalker and the majority of its trilogy does not.
I mean, to be fair to Rise of Skywalker, Last Jedi and Force Awakens already shit the bed by offering nothing for it to build off. Kind of feel bad for it honestly
Keep in mind, people, that this was released before Rise of Skywalker.
Meh, it wasn't *that* bad
@@Yougotcaged102 Lol no, it's the worst of the series by far. At least Phantom Menace was apart of a larger story. It's painfully obvious with Rise of Skywalker they had NO CLUE what they were doing. It all basically went from one random movie to another with loosely connected threads at best.
I'm not sorry, but ROS is basically a spit in the face of fans.
@@TheRealBitterbub I said it "wasn't that bad" not it wasn't the worst of the series
None of the Sequel Trilogy would be on this list.
He and his brother have both said they still think the prequels are worse.
The prequels are still worse
OK OK! Phantom Menace was bad. But the Obi-Wan/Qui-Gon/ Darth Maul light saber duel scene was awesome. And the music they play is some of the best in the series.
john Williams is a genius.
"It can't get worse" And then Episode 8 happened.
@@6236003 force awakens is better than return of the jedi - not mediocre
@@Guesthunter last jedi was ok
oh so your one of the crappy fans who are completely nostalgia blind. the OG's weren't perfect, miles off. A new hope and empire are better than return of the Jedi, and Force awakens is still a great film, even if it is similar to new hope. The same thing basically happened with phantom too, and i feel that recreating the old films with different plots and new characters is great, and it's better than new hope as well as Jedi. However, a new hope was made in 1977 and was the first, so it gets points for that, but it's also boring at times and the transition from the death star to Yavin was very rushed. Force improves on everything, better acting, better plot, better character development, and a very saddening death of Han. And last jedi looks fantastic compared to attack of the clones, where we have creepy anakin stalk padme for half the movie and complain like a whiny 5 yr old.
Here are some TERRIBLE sequels that you missed, Dougy:
Robocop 3, Exorcist 2, Crow Wicked Prayer, Airplane 2, Beethoven 2, The Klumps, Jason Goes To Hell, Carrie 2, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3, Jurassic Park 2 or 3, Texas Chainsaw 3D or Next Generation, Rocky 5 (terrible for a Rocky sequel), and of course NEVERENDING STORY 3!!!
Francisco Cortes Actually, critic didn't even found the first Leprechaun movie good. He has a review of it with Cinema Snob. Check it out(Fuck you, Lucky Charms)
I actually think that Neverending Story 2 is worse...as bad as the third part is, it at least doesn't ruin the deep story of the book but does its own thing. It's own thing is bad, but at least it doesn't remind you constantly of a great book.
Francisco Cortes That would imply that the first Animated Titanic before Tentacolino was actually good, lol.
Yeah... Airplane 2 was a huge letdown.
Oh my GOD Crow Wicked Prayer YES. It's so horrible. I mean, many people thought Crow 3 was bad, but I actually think that it's okay in its own horror-like style (unlike the first 2 films and definitely worse than them). But Wicked Prayer... It's just a complete trash of a movie which dares to take Crow's name. How I survived this? I don't know.
The blues brothers is great - premise is two career criminals have to raise money to save an orphanage. The twist is they can’t use crime. Challenge and complication, all explained in one scene.
In blues brothers 2 the plot was.... uhhhh. Uhhhh...?
Critic: Star Wars can’t possibly get any worst.

Hey, it's ok to like the prequels. But there's one thing I cannot stand. Calling people disliking them blinded by nostalgia and denying the flaws of the originals beacause they grew up watching them.
The vast majority of people who enjoy the prequels are around 16 - 26 years old and thus you could safely say that they 'grew up' with the prequel trilogy. They watched the Clone Wars shows, played Battlefront II and maybe even picked up some comicbooks. Now, having aged a bit, they start feeling nostalgia towards the times they were younger and thus associate most of the things from that time period with positive feelings. And effectively they are guilty of the very thing they accuse older fans of doing, and that's letting nostalgia make the judgement for them.
But as I said, it's alright to like them. Now I can't comprehend how anyone could argue for especially the first two being genuinely good movies, but I'm not here to judge the movies, just share my opinion on why I think people like them so much
I call it a generation gap. I genuinely say the first two are genuinely good movies. And I will fight to the death to say they are better than the Force Awakens
Yea I actually really liked the prequels, mostly because the clone wars was awesome. Glad they made a spin-off series.
if it’s any consolation, the Rey Palpatine trilogy was worse.
"[The Phantom Menace] is so bad it can't possibly get worse."
Oh how I wish you were right.
Blair Witch merely restarted the found footage fad. Cannibal Holocaust started it.

MrGamerTH Angry Video Game Nerd? When did you get here?
Shit ocean.
I agree with you on everything but Clerks 2. That movie is hilarious.
You never go ass to mouth!
IMHO it can't hold a candle to the original. But it was amusing enough, and it was nice to see the guys together again. It has merit, just not as much as I hoped for given how brilliant the original was.
Favourite scene: Pillowpants. That look of "holy crap, what weird twilight zone have I walked into?" on Randal's face was priceless... :)
Juan Rial I don't think clerks 2 could have done anything to live up to the first. so they just went for it. and what came out was an entertaining movie with classic Kevin Smith characters and actors
Schwartzbruder1 there was also the animated series. It was short lived and obviously different in tone from the movie, but I laughed my ass off at those shenanigans. ;-)
I love that series too!
I’ll admit that Son of the Mask is a guilty pleasure for me. I was never turned off by the effects, and actually thought that quite a few of them were pretty creative.
As for Troll 2, not only is it horrendous in quality, but the fact that there’s basically no tie to the first movie makes it a good choice. That being said, I can attest to its so-bad-it’s-good quality. My college choir watched it one time on the way to a concert, and ever since, whenever we went on a bus ride to a concert and were asked what movie we should see, everyone would chant “Troll 2! Troll 2!”
The Godfather 3 has its moments
The confession scene is very good, great acting and the Pacino scream when his daughter dies is very touching and moving!!!
Andy Garcia is also pretty good...
And the opera scenes are cool, specially the one where Michael remembers Apollonia
Yeah this one always irritates me on anyone's list. All the flaws can't ruin all the beauty. Except Sophia. That was bad
"We're doing a sequel!
How hard can it be?
We can't do any worse
Than The Godfather 3!"
Not sure if you know this, or not, but Michael Bay was voted "Most likely to ejaculate during an explosion" in high school.
Really?
A Troll yes, and Willam Shakespeare invented the letter Q...

But if you say revenge of the sith is bad you might get shot
THE SENATE Revenge of the Sith is my second favorite.😂
One of the most boring films I ever sat through. I'd rather watch Transformers 4 again, FIVE TIMES OVER, than Attack of the Clones
What's messed up is the infamous line said by Yoda I sense a disturbance in the force only said in Attack of the Clones, at least as far as the prequels go
Phantom Menace is worse. At least I can see some ironic enjoyment in that movie especially with the horribley hilarious lines, phantom menace was so badly boring that I fell asleep the first time I watched it
Clerks 2 is really good.
I’m glad Kevin Smith didn’t try to just remake the 1st movie.
There are brilliant, hilarious scenes in Clerks 2.
The King Diamond scene.
Randal “taking back” the racial slur, he was unaware, was racial slur.
I love the dance scene, it’s really sweet, then subverts your expectations and becomes “Bollywood” ridiculous!
The Donkey Show scene is, well amazing’
Rosario Dawson is great in it, she plays “down to earth” so well, you can almost...almost believe she’d sleep with Dante.
Elias totally steals the movie!
It’s essentially a “mid-life crisis” story for 30 year olds, chronicling chasing your fading youth, seeing everyone else you know seeming to have life figured out much better than you do, and wondering what is wrong with you, & realizing the times you thought sucked, were really when you were most happy.
Where's Highlander 2? It's one of the THE WORST sequel of all time. Company intervention and public riots near the shooting ground, completely destroyed this movie. Christopher Lambert almost leave the project midway, because he's not a moron, but stayed anyway due to contract. Even the own director walked out after 15 minutes of the movie premiere.
the latter was called Highlander: The Source
Thanks for the heads up. That's the one I came here to see destroyed. "its a kind of magic" indeed. As it does not even seem to be mentioned I will seek its justified denigration elsewhere.
Great Sage Equal of Heaven Spoony reviewed all the Highlander sequels.
He did mention Highlander 2 in the runners-up list.
Highlander 2 deserved more than to be an honorable mention... that movie was painful. One of the only times I walked out of the theater angry.
X-Men Origins only thing had going for it was Liev Schreiber as Sabretooth.
NSNOfm78 only William was a questionable casting choice. If Bryan Singer did it we would've had a masterpiece
NSNOfm78 and the bit at the start where sabertooth and wolverine fight through different wars was badass
So true.
Fukboi Is Here why couldn't they had the movie about that instead do u think it would have been great of what happened to them during the wars and how they grow up
NSNOfm78 *Will.i.am
Here are a few that I think should have been on the list (or at least honorable mentions):
* Caddyshack 2
* Beverly Hills Cop 3
* Legend of Zorro
* Batman v Superman
* Blade Trinity
* Inferno
* Maleficent Mistress of Evil
* Alice Through The Looking Glass
* Halloween 2 (2009)
I agree, except for Batman V Superman
@@_CPP_ Because you like it, or you don't think it's a sequel?
I remember seeing Maleficent: Mistress of Evil in theaters with my mom. The only thing that stood out to me was one of the good fairies going into the pipe organ and getting killed by turning into blue flowers. Ironically, I felt more sad for that fairy’s death than I did for Maleficent because I knew she wasn’t gonna stay dead anyways. I’ll admit the first Maleficent is a guilty pleasure, but I couldn’t really enjoy anything about the sequel.
Yes, you missed "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III" & "A Nightmare On Elm Street Part VI: Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare"
Did we miss any horrible sequels that deserve to be on here?
You gotta do the other Chipmunk movies!!
Channel Awesome Neverending story?
Channel Awesome curse of chucky
Channel Awesome I honestly thought transformers 3 was just okay
Channel Awesome Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon 2 was extremely bad, which hurt a lot since the first was such a goddamn masterpiece. Also, Episode 2 is worse than 1, fight me. Not saying 1 isn't awful, 2 is just THAT HORRIBLE.
>Says Batman & Robin is the worst Superhero movie sequel
>Cut to Son of the Mask
I don't see how son of the mask is in any way, a "superhero" movie. It's not, it was just practice for woody woodpecker to see how much hell they could put children through without parents suing over giving thier kids PTSD. No superheroes, just the mask being stupid.
The mask is more of a super villain in the comic
As much as I hate Batman & Robin & how terrible is, I think Superman 4: The Quest of Peace is worst.
At least Superman IV had Chris Reeve. It was his Superman swan song.
@@anthonygreico9735 so much for swansong lol

Short Circuit 2 should have at least made the honorable mentions list. The bad acting, joke that fall flat, and contradciting the first film, this one should definitely been on the list.
even Corpse Party: Book Of Shadows had more book of shadows in it

Luckily I never saw Superman 3 or 4. I saw the first two, and couldn’t find 3 or 4 at Blockbuster (yes, it was when those were still common).
The movie gods were looking out for me
Your lucky. Did you know that Superman 4 was only made because Cannon films got the rights from the Salkinds, and Christopher Reeve said he would do it if Golan and Globus agreed to help him make the movie Street Smart ?
JB0071051982 wow, Superman IV is shit
Superman - 👍 Awesome
Superman II - 👍 Awesome for its time
Superman III - 👎 Bad
Superman IV - 🖕Horrendous & Boring
The best part in part III was fight between Superman and evil Superman. Otherwise it's full of bad decisions beginning with replacing Mr Mxyz with Richard Pryor. And part IV is even worse.
I seem to be in the minority of people who actually like #3. #4 is akin to being kicked in the crotch repeatedly with steel-toe boots coated in angry bees, but 3 isn't as bad to me as many people make it out to be. Well, except for Lex Luthor Lite.
Jaws deserves better sequels, but since we know that will never happen, we will settle for none.
How can "Troll 2" follow the rule of "letting down a franchise that had promise"? The first film sucked hard too.
X-Men origins Wolverine SHOULD have been a great movie. However it was a victim of the writers strike and some intern had to write the script in two weeks. That's why it sucked so much.
Tbh it's the best X-Men movie I've seen. Then again, I'm not a fan of the super hero genre.
Shine On You Crazy Diamond
Look harder.
That's not the only reason they must have god some intern to do the effects for it.
To be honest Fox are hit and miss for Wolverine. Origin yep it sucked and the oriigns weren't as cool as the flashabcks from the first X-Men. The Wolverine yeah it's a pretty decent flick the first 2/3 of it are awesome (especially the direcotrs cut hey their is a good bit of blood in it) and the last part of it while not the best it's passable and Logan the best superhero movie ever made.
At what exactly?
Shine On You Crazy Diamond

Trust me after Superman 4, Gene Hackman was in the Best Picture nominated film Mississippi Burning and got a Best Actor nomination. That shows that an actor can do a comeback after one of the worst sequels of all time. Edit: And by the way you forgot in my opinion the worst film of all time because I have not been subjected to the worst of the worst except for Batman & Robin and The Phantom Menace. Legends of Oz: Dorothy's Return. This vomits on what made the original a great film as a whole. This movie has bad songs, mediocre animation, a timeline that makes no sense at all (in the original it was set in the 1890's and the sequel says it's set somewhere around our time with trucks and cars see the problem now), nightmare fuel that will scar kids for life with puppet Glinda, voice acting that feels like actors wanted a paycheck and this movie was one of the biggest box office bombs in animated film history. It is no doubt the worst in my opinion, the writing is insufferable, the characters are cliched and unlikeable, the songs are forgettable and ruthless because they are modernized and written by Bryan Adams who I swear who wanted a paycheck, the animation is awkward, there is downright nightmare fuel for little kids, the acting is awkward, the timeline doesn't make any sense, the villain is a bad Wizard of Oz equivalent of The Joker and is an awful redone follow up to the original movie. I never want to see this movie ever again in my entire life. You have to review this movie because I want to see you rip it to shreds.
Doug, every compliant you have about godfather 3 makes it sound really fun to me. The OTT dialogue and the Action make it look very entertaining.

Teddy Underhill Yeah true lol.
Wait people consider clerks 2 a bad movie? I thought it was hilarious
its just placement on this list in the mentions caught me off guard
Zeke The Geek Yeah, it really had no place here at all. It may not have been as good as the original, but it was still funny as hell and a solid piece of entertainment.

Another problem is that it’s boring

You know, I really hated the Percy Jackson Movie Sequel. It suuuuuuuuucked.
JJ Slider Yeah. Glad there won't be another one.
Yeah, but the first movie wasn't good either...
Yeah, but the second one was actively insulting. Mostly because of that dumbass ending. It effectively kills the movies at 2 because it would make Luke look like an absolute idiot if he tried to release the guy who tried to kill him. Granted, this is probably a good thing, but what kind of idiot gets the source material that f**ing wrong?
But the first one wasn't good, either.
Yeah, I know. But I guess it's a testament to how bad it is when I was somehow disappointed in it after seeing the first one. Maybe it's because sequels are supposed to improve on the original's flaws, and this one just added more. At least from my perspective.
I love that he didn't include anything from Twilight because he knew they weren't gonna be good in the first place 😆
