Problem with all-inclusive is that, to get your money's worth - you basically cannot leave the hotel (or else you will miss meals)
It's always the same boring nasty food. Gives you the shits
Pay as you go, it’s boring to stay 7 days in the same place
All inclusive is good, I’ve done 2 in canaries and Mallorca, worth every penny

Depends on the destination. If you're going to a European seaside place definitely pay as you go (maybe rent an apartment), if you're going to Egypt, Kenya, Tunisia and so on definitely All Inclusive. Also depends on whether you want to stay in the same place or not
Pay as you go because what's the point going to a destination where you not going to get and enjoy the way of living of the locals
It’s only good to stay in all inclusives like Dominican Republic where it is very dangerous unless you have family there
Really depends. We went full board in Italy once. By the third day we'd had enough of the rubbish food and being surrounded by German tourists queuing at 6.45 am for breakfast. Same people at the table too! Pay as you go may be more expensive but it's definitely worth saving up for. 😊😊
it's great for families with small kids
We went spain half board and the nicest meals we had were the ones outside of the hotel , I think best bet is b&b option
I feel like it really depends on what you desire. If you want to be more "into" the place, rent an AirBnB (or some affordable hotel) and eat where the locals do, though that comes with certain stress.
If you just want to relax and have all of your needs taken care of, All Inclusive sounds pretty good to me.

Stirring tea with special teaspoon, in a special glass for tea ( my turkish mom only lets me drink out of those if there are no other glasses) on a special plat for tea
All inclusive I would be digging my way out after 2 days!
If your getting high end beer and top shelf branded spirits then it's worth it , entertainment in these places are average to ok, your regimented to eat at the restaurants at a certain time unless you want to snack on chips burger and pizza .
Why would you stop for tea ? A lot of restaurants would give you tea for free while waiting for a meal or for a bill !

They definetly overcharged you at the places you went as with the currency being so low there at the moment it should've been nowhere near as expensive.
We were pretty happy with the prices we paid.
if you saw green nature diamond i went their and sat on the marmaris with my younger siblings
with these inflation rates, although live in turkey, we can not afford this kind of holidays.

I get sick or hotel buffets after a few days.
I'm turkish my self and I hate popular cities in turkey not the city but the people because them scam literally everyone make crazy prices that people belive. If you want to see real turkey you should go to malatya for an example and avoid kapadokia the most.

Why you paid so much for food 😂 i was laat year in anatalya and just used the breakfast buffet twice. With 10-13€ you can easily eat in three Restaurants

I have been to Istanbul which should be more expensive then marmaris and it wasnt not has expensive as yours but maybe you Where at a more nicer and expensive cafes and restaurant, because I give 5-6 pounds for a very nice dinner meal
