Dmitry Bivol is a veteran of over 280 amateur bouts with a boxing style that has evolved into the pro ranks.
At the core of his boxing is the classic Eastern-European style, a bladed stance where he can move in and out of range.
Bivol's an out-boxer, utilizing his lead hand. Bivol seamlessly mixes it up - going to the body, doubling up his jab, and employing expert feints to confuses his opponents. His extended jab acts as both a weapon and a tool of frustration.
With lightning-fast punch combinations, he can control the guard of his opponents, launching devastating wide hooks that catch them off guard. Each punch he throws is a masterpiece of precision and power.
But it's not just his hands that impress. Bivol's footwork is a sight to behold, allowing him to anticipate and counter his opponents' actions.
His defense is remarkable, with a higher guard and precise parrying. With both incredible footwork and guard it makes it difficult for his opponents to land power punches.

Bivol is a master boxer puncher isn't he ? He mixes things up nicely and he is a humble guy. True Champion ! 💯
I got a question and this is a genuine question. How come shakur gets hate for being pillowfisted but bivol doesnt ? They have around the same knockout ratio. Shakur at 50 percent and Bivol at 52 percent
neither are pillow fisted, shakurs been dropping guys in his past like 5 fights; every time bivol lands his right hand his opponents seem very hesitant to come forward. Both great fighters and very similar in a lot of ways. In my opinion both are the most intelligent boxers in the sport with highest ring iq, experts at controlling distance and both have great feet.
Because Shakur ain't fought nobody at 135 yet but a Japanese cab driver, and yet he claims supremacy at along the top 135 lbers. I wanna see him against a top 5 and see how he does.
Bivol barely resorted to clinching, that style of his is particularly very dynamic, in fact both canelo and him barely clinched during the fight.
Also he is very agressive and brings action, something stevenson don't do.

He's a good fighter no doubt. What they showed here when it comes to canelo, he did miss quite a few.
